Dr. Decleve is awesome, as are most of the physicians under him. but ive had multiple experiences where when i call the office, i am told that their is a patient right in front of them and that they need to put me on hold for a minute. 20 minutes goes by so i hang up and call back since they obviously forgot my call, and then i am put behind a queue of 5 or 6 people. this woudnt be a problem if it hadnt happened multiple times
