I have been seeing Dr. Paulian for over a year
and he does amazing work! Not only does he perform his practice but it's like meeting an old friend. He welcomes you and ask you how you are in life in general.

In my profession I couldn't meet with him on a regular bases and he worked with me on scheduling!

Makes you feel really welcomed.

A blessing! A Dr. that finally listened, offered new ideas and was kind. He didn't rush us and listened to my husband (and my) concerns. Great bedside manner on top of it all. Seeing my husband happy and looking forward to better days is the best. Dr Paulian did that!!

When I came to write a review of Dr Paulian one thing that was foremost on my mind was how he truly takes the time to listen to me. Before writing, I read through other’s reviews, and “Dr Paulian listens” seems to be a reoccurring theme. Although it always feels good to feel special I think its even better to know that he treats all his patients with same level of care. Dr Paulian works with me to get the most out of my life. He has a great understanding of the chronic, and debilitating illness I have. He is compassionate, yet firm with regard to treatment, and although I have been with Dr Paulian, and the other Drs at SIMED pain Management, for less than a year I look forward to to a lasting relationship as I navigate through my limitations and pain. This knowledge gives me confidence to push myself to be the strongest, healthiest version of myself, and recommend him to anyone experiencing debilitating and exigent pain.

Dr. Paulian is great. He always takes the time to listen and help me anyway that he can. The acupuncture he gives me helps my back pain a lot. He is funny and kind and is my favorite doctor. I would not go to anyone else. His office staff are friendly and always there to help.
