With the exception of a few weight training machines, this gym pretty much has everything a huge corporate gym (LA Fitness, Gold's, etc) has, but without all the muscleheads. Plenty of cardio equipment and free weights. Balance training and other classes that other gyms don't have. They have actual physical therapists on staff. Very clean. Wish they stayed open later than 3pm on Sundays, however, and it would be great if there were trainers on hand at all hours to bounce questions off of. Individual showers are a plus.

Truly a great place for Balance Therapy. The therapist and doctors are top-notch .
Dr. Reed Dr Berry and Dr. Gillian use their expertise to design the plan of action that is right for you
The therapist Ro Georgia and Shannon are truly dedicated to making your outcome a success.
Jasmine at the front desk is extremely personable and makes the check in and scheduling process painless.
Should you ever be in the need of Balance Therapy I highly recommend fyzical

Great facility.
Went there due to Balance issues due to ear crystals.
Basically solved with one visit - thanks to Dr Virginia Reed DPT.
However gave me exercises to make sure I got back to normal.
My husband with an early diagnosis of Parkinsons just started an excellent exercise program (multiple levels) there. Program very challenging. Exercise will delay progression so very important.
Also wonderful to meet others with same challenges.

Exceptionally clean facility with a very helpful staff! It is clear that FYZICAL FITNESS places special attention on seniors and older adults who wish to remain physically active! Fantastic gym / health club!

Beautiful facility. Fun to workout there. Only drawback is that they have a lot of classes in the open area. Kind of cramps my personal workout. Should have those classes in the rooms.
