I’m so happy with my weight loss journey so far with Dr. Frank and his team. I have lost 65 pounds in a little under 7 months and will soon be transitioning into maintenance to sustain this healthy lifestyle. The program has been very easy to follow and what I love most is it is all natural - this is not a magic pill/shot/meds program. It actually teaches you how to sustain healthy habits so that you can keep the weight off. The team is so supportive and knowledgeable in helping you get to your goals. This is nothing more than another diet with a hefty price tag. You are made to believe you need to drink alkaline water that they supply because your body is toxic. Our local water is already essentially alkaline. Go have it tested. Then just drink it filtered if you don’t like it straight out of the tap.
This diet is for you if you are able to eat a certain type and quantity of food for a good 5 months. And yes, you will definitely lose weight. I did lose about 20 pounds in the first couple of months. I just couldn’t keep up with the restrictions. And despite a nutrition coach, it is still a willpower issue. As soon as I started integrating other foods not on the diet, I immediately gained weight. The only reason I continued losing after a few months is I supplemented by having a GLP-1 medication prescribed.
I do appreciate some of the things I learned about lessening sugars and do still stick to a lot of that.
My honest opinion though is this is not a realistic program long term, at least not for me. I feel like I spent a LOT of money to be given some supplements and be told to eat less.
