Office is a huge mess, and Dr. Khonarsi is a homophobic, and unprofessional flake.

I was under their care for almost five years. I was fairly satisfied with their service until recently.

1) I was asked to do a blood test off site because of new insurance. They gave me directions, and everything. On the day of my appointment, I was surprised because I was told that Dr. Khonsari’s office never gave them a work order.

2) I went for a check up, and asked for prescriptions to be filled up. I got to the pharmacy, and they only ordered ONE prescription. I could call them but their phone hours were over.

3) The last straw was this morning. I was informed that my appointment with Dr. Khonarsi himself was cancelled. My appointment was in 90 minutes, and I needed to see him. The agent with whom I was speaking kept on repeating his lame excuse, “We need to wait for the medications to work,”. IT HAS BEEN A WEEK AND CLEARLY, IT HAS NOT BEEN WORKING!

Then I realized that every time I would request for Dr. Khonarsi, he’s either on vacation or unavailable, and I was assigned to a nurse practitioner. THE NURSE PRACTITIONER FAILED TO DIAGNOSE MY ASTHMA. And I remember that this was not the first time Dr. Khonarsi cancelled his appointment with me. I have a feeling that he’s avoiding me because I am gay.

They’re unprofessional, and he’s homophobic.

Avoid them at all cost.

I WENT HERE A FEW Times to See Dr KHONSAIR and it was not good. I try to explain how my body feels and what I'm going on .and he doesn't like to listen and if I'm dealing with a dr I want to explain what I'm feeling like and want help not someone who want to over talk you and not listen to what you have to explain. Everyone body is different and what's works for one person doesn't work for everyone. I well never disrespected your work as a dr but sometimes you have to listen to get a better understanding and communicate with your clients I live in this body every day so I know how I feel .

The people working there treat you like you're a second class citizen, just because you don't have insurance. My insurance is a lien from my vehicle's accident. I will never go back again to the clinic.
