They’re front desk workers seem to think they are security for people’s HEALTH.
They made me wait FOUR months to get my CANCER removed and I show up one week after January 1st and they tell me AT THE APPOINTMENT that I need to pay out of pocket to even SPEAK TO MY DOCTOR.
They claim they called me and I can attach a literal photo of my call list and messages. They did NOT call me. Mind you I had an appointment in December that THEY CANCELED.
The people working here made it very clear that they don’t care if they’re patients live or die and if you are looking to die in a slow painful way by being mistreated medically, this is the place to go!!

I’ve been to this office twice now (2 appointments) and have been seen by Dr. Hellen J both times. The front desk ladies were pleasant and always greeted me when I walked in so no issues there. I was on time for my appointment, but waited in lobby for 30 minutes before I was called back to a room and then I waited another 45 minutes in the room just to see the doctor. I was only there to go over lab work and when the doctor came in, she only spent about 10 minutes with me and I was done. Overall- the front desk and the doctor are good, but the wait times are absolutely terrible.

DO NOT COME HERE. I have never been to such a dysfunctional and unorganized doctors office. After driving 30 minutes, twice, I have had appointments canceled. I’ve had a doctor call me the morning of an appointment to cancel. Today I had an appointment they called me and asked me to arrive an extra 15 minutes early. I do so, but why? I waited for an hour and a half and no one saw me so I left. It’s nearly impossible to get ahold of anyone. If you’re calling the office make sure you’re going to be free for the next 30 minutes because that’s how long they usually have you on hold. The ladies at the front desk have no idea what they are doing either. They play on their phones the entire time. I’ve given them my insurance card 3 times and had to call the insurance company twice because they continued to tell me I didn’t have insurance. When I very much do! And that It was my responsibility to get it sorted out so that they could bill me correctly. When I told one of the ladies that my insurance company said I have done everything I needed, if they need more info they’d have to call themselves she rolled her eyes at me and suddenly knew what to charge me? I’m not sure if they are over scheduling, if they are just too under staffed, or if some of the workers are just not educated correctly. But they have got to figure out what’s going on because this is ridiculous. This is my first pregnancy and this office is ruining the enjoyment for me.

Doctor is great here however the front staff is horrible! They are so rude and absolutely useless when it comes to giving any information. Not only is it impossible to get a hold of them via phone without having to wait so long but I had an ultrasound done and all I wanted to know is my due date and everyday they say oh call back tomorrow. It’s been over a week and now They saying “try again next week”. I asked to have my blood test results transferred to a different doctor and they say it will take 30 days meanwhile every time I go there they are sitting around gossiping to one another. Just found a new gynecologist office and wow what a difference!!! Never will I go back here.

Doctor's are nice, staff is nice, clean, however a hairdresser can schedule appointments, so there clients don't have to wait.
doctors don't care if you wait for over a hour.
They don't think our time matters!!
You can't bring anything to drink- they don't even have a water fountain.
I am dying of boredom and thirst!!!!!
If it wasn't for my health insurance, I would go somewhere, were I and my time are of value.
1hour and 30 mins wait!!! They have no shame!

The List is long: On the day of service I was asked for a urine sample that was never processed and after hearing the doctor talk to the staff for a while, he came in the room without my chart and asking me to remind him of my case... visit was closed without a checkup and with a referral.... A week later I had to call inquiring about the referral and was told it was not processed yet and to continue waiting (It has been 3 weeks since and still nothing)
Front Desk staff is not only horrible but irresponsible, unprofessional and careless. I was overcharged and told to confirm that I was wrong with my insurance. I did so, surprise, I was correct, and I called regarding the referral as well as to get the charge corrected and refunded. On my third back to back call, and being upset, the person on the phone lied and told me she was looking at my chart ,without verifying my information, A HIPPA VIOLATION.

The customer service is horrible. The person who was on the phone did not let me explain anything she just told me they are not taking new patients for the rest of the year and rapidly hang up the phone. I do NOT recommend this place and I can see from other reviews that I am not the only one who thinks negative about this place.

The lack of communication between the staff and I mean all staff, from intake all the way to the doctors lab everyone is absolutely ridiculous.
As a clinic they never take responsibility on what they do wrong. One person says one thing the next says a different and there is no in between.
They never take notes, they don't note charts or anything to help one another and the patient is the one wasting an Incredible amount of time because is their incompetent staff can't do simple tasks. There is a really broken chain of command.
Very disappointed.
