I had a primary care doctor for many years and they closed his practice. I was extremely nervous about going to a new doctor. I picked Dr Faldu after a few days of doing research. My first visit I was sick with the flu. I was extremely impressed at the care that I had received. His bedside manner is amazingI cannot say enough of how attentive and caring he is. He truly cares about his patience! And the office staff, the girls are just amazing! I will recommend Frontline primary care and Dr Faldu to everybody who is looking for a good PCP! Thank you so much for making me feel cared for and very comfortable!

As close to the ideal doctor as it gets. Asked relevant, helpful questions. I felt cared for and like he genuinely wanted to do his best for me. He was thorough. Dr. Faldu had insights that my previous GP didn't even think about after almost 2 years. I'm grateful to have found this doctor. His staff is also excellent.

I enjoyed my visit today to Dr. Faldhu’s office and I felt very comfortable when interacting with his staff. I am a new patient and the wait was not excessive nor did I feel rushed. I did like this place, was even driving an hour because I liked the place, but insurance fraud, or insurance mistake, or just needed to get extra money changes that.

I saw the dr once, but every other time has been different nurses. I went in for a wellness check which should have been covered by my insurance, but instead of coding it as a wellness visit they coded it as a follow up and a wellness check. My insurance is a high deductible and this is the only thing they cover, but now I am being forced to pay for my blood work and an extra visit for the same day, because they were “following up” on something. Still not sure what that is, maybe my last wellness check, they didn’t get enough money from my insurance so they decided to add more codes! Odd, considering I was never asked anything about my previous visit. So what exactly did we follow up on!

Then to top it off, they wanted to discuss my blood work from my wellness visit, so they scheduled another appointment to go over my blood work to tell me that my red blood cells were slightly elevated. Oh great, thank you I get to pay another 200 dollars for something I could have read on my own. I didn’t need an appointment for you to tell me that. What did we do about it, nothing. Was it even that concerning, no because you had no follow ups. Just ideas from what I said.

I would like to see your reports from my visit, please show me where we reviewed whatever we were following up on? The whole visit was my wellness check, but I guess that didn’t pay enough.

Check your bills if you use this place, if you have a copay you may not care as much as people with high deductible insurance, but this is why we pay so much for medical services, insurance fraud! Your office staff shouldn’t be making calls about billing if they don’t handle billing.

And new medications with no follow-ups now!!! Awesome, such great service.

Our experience with the whole office was great from start to finish. The staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Was kind, very keen to help in any way he could. I highly recommend them. It's not often to experience quality primary care but you will find it here.

I was referred to them by Oviedo ER and ended up keeping as my primary Dr. Staff was super friendly and made you feel welcomed. Doc was awesome! He actually listened and talked to you, which is unusual. instead of get you in get you out and take all these meds. Glad to have him in my corner.
