Jocelyn is a truly wonderful human being! She works to establish and build trust with her clients, then helps them set and reach their own goals. We are forever grateful that she was able to befriend our teenage daughter and support her through a myriad of life, family, and teen issues.

Deciding to get counseling/therapy isn't always a light decision. Jocelyn provides a warm, easy going environment where you can feel safe to share. At first I thought "talk" therapy couldn't help much, but it definitely has merit. Jocelyn wants to find ways to get you past what's holding you back from living your best life. The end goal isn't to have sessions forever, but to be able to move forward with the tools to tackle everyday stresses & let go of traumatic experiences. Thank you Jocelyn for providing that for myself & many others!

I’ve been going to Fresh Life Couseling for almost a year, and I look forward to my visits every single time. The office is beautifully decorated, and is so inviting with a smell of essential oils when you walk in. Of course what makes this place so wonderful is Jocelyn! She is such a genuine person! She makes you feel so comfortable and valued! She’s a great listener….she lets you talk, and when she responds she imparts a lot of wisdom. She’s very good at explaining things and giving tools that help heal! She is also very professional, and she is on time with each session! Please go see her!

Finding a counselor that is right for you can be tough, but finding the best fit for your children is an entirely different experience. Jocelyn was exceptional. She helped so much with her patience and understanding and was able to help by giving them different coping skills that will benefit them throughout their lives.
