We just want to say thank you for being there for our Uncle Dennis through this
difficult time. Your staff communicated with us in a timely manner and made sure we understood the process. I didn’t understand the transition process because I was in denial and honestly thought we had more time…when we received the call 8 hrs later he had passed Wade made sure we would be able to get there to say goodbye.

My husband and I would like to thank Freedom Home Health Care for their home health providers assigned to take care of my husband, Eulalio, they’re all nice and caring, Nurse Navjot (temp), Nurse Lisa, PT Ani & ST Tory. Special THANKS and KUDOS to his Occupational Therapist NAM! Since day 1 5/13/25, he comes on time, very caring, helpful, hardworking & jolly guy. He focuses on what my husband needs to strengthen and improve & encourages him to move. He walks him outside so patiently that makes my husband happy. Keep up the good work OT Nam! We appreciate your help so much!

We have been waiting for almost two weeks to hear from them after a referral was sent to them from UCD. Finally called this morning and they said they would reach out to UCD. I did not get a response back so I called again. They finally said we were out of the area. Complete waste of time dealing with them.

Freedom home health was amazing! They responded timely and were willing to answer all questions we had! They were were able to start physical therapy in a above and beyond manner. The physical therapist Cristina was caring and thorough. She listened to concerns and was able to help address the needed exercises to help build confidence. Recently discharged from hospital- anything that could go wrong went wrong! Freedom stayed all day to assist for the sake of comfort and piece of mind. Then came back for a few more hours late at night.

Freedom Hospice provided exceptional care for my friend in the final stages of her life here in Redding, CA. The administration nurse (Ruth) and case nurse (Rachel) were professional, kind, comforting, prompt, and always appropriate in their care-giving. Not only did they meet my friend's needs, they met mine as well. When I had a question, a suggestion, or a doubt, they were always there 24/7 to reassure, answer questions, or comfort. Kudos to this great organization that manages the end of life for a loved one in a dignified and respectful manner.

They treat their patients as if they're already dead. They certainly don't treat them like people. My mother's condition immediately got worse upon their arrival. They didn't take her entire medical history into consideration when trying to care for her. They're unable to help with most of the things that are necessary in taking care of someone terminally ill. They say they only can only offer services at certain times on certain days. Even when going by their rules, there have been several times that they just didn't show up when called. Don't trust your loved ones with these people.
