If you need an appointment sooner rather than later, definitely go here but schedule your day because they do take a really long time. My appointment was at 12:45. I was in the waiting room until about 1:30 then I would place in another waiting room for another hourand I finally left at almost 3 o’clock. Based on the reviews, it seems like it’s pretty common. They are really great. The staff is very nice very considering my only issue is the time.

I go here for my bc I have the nexplanon and I just went back to get t replaced. I love the doc! She's funny and very nice. Make sure your not in a hurry though. Can take up to an hour and a half or longer but it's worth it. I haven't had any pain and the procedure was easy! Definitely recommend!!

This appointment was absolutely ridiculous and a complete joke. Prior to my appointment, I was unable to fill out the online patient sign-in sheet. When I arrived, I found that was because my last name and birthdate were both entered wrong. They also took a copy of my insurance, which was at their disposal this entire time. Upon fixing the information, I then sat at the office for another hour and a half until I was finally called up to be told my insurance plan was not accepted, and I was welcome to pay out of pocket. None of my questions were able to be answered, and all my inquiries were met with the offer to, again, fork over my wallet for the appointment. While staff is not rude, they are not necessarily professional as I found the office to be incompetent. Would not return based purely on my experience in the office.

I was seen quickly, even when I was late for my appointment. The staff was friendly, especially the nurse practitioner; she ensured I got the care I needed!

This is the slowest place ever all the staff just stands around talking , my appointment was at 9am and I wasn’t seen till 11am. Don’t come here

Best place to actually go to. Yeah it may be a long wait and what not but taking care of your body and having animal pap and getting your cervix check is highly important and we women need to take better care of ourselves truthfully and I am glad I found a safe place to go to where there is no discrimination what so ever. The protest outside on Thursdays are annoying but the people who work they are good people who care about us. And I’m glad they helped me go through my process.

I started going here because it can be difficult to get an appointment with the Planned Parenthood on McHenry which is closed more than it's open. Sadly, the behavior from staff has been consistently unprofessional at this clinic.

I had an appointment to get my third HPV vaccine. It is a 3 shot series, I got the first at Planned Parenthood and my second here 6 months ago. I told the staff, very clearly, at the last appointment that I had a previous shot at Planned Parenthood and they totally understood. For some reason, they still put down my second vaccine as my first. I was getting my third shot today and the nurse went off on me about how I should have told them during my last appointment that it wasn't my first vaccine. I corrected the nurse that I did and she proceeded to tell me off some more about how that's not possible, that it doesn't make sense because they wouldn't put it as the first shot in my paperwork if I had told them it wasn't, blah, blah. I don't know why in the world she thinks she can talk to a client like that and essentially accuse them of lying. Heaven forbid it's possible that her staff simply made a mistake, I guess she just has to blame the client instead for ego's sake. They also didn't let me know when I need to come back for my next Depo. They have a sign in the lobby with a number to call/text with complaints if you "didn't like your visit today" so it seems like poor performance is the norm at this place.

I don't need to start my morning by being gaslit by some arrogant nurse who just met me 20 seconds go! I've been here twice and each time it's put me in a sour mood for the day. The assistants that actually take you back and do the shots are nice but the two different nurses I've seen for the consultations have been almost impressive in their ability to find ways to be rude and belittling over nothing. If I tell you that I did already inform the clinic of the previous shot, the proper way to respond is by saying "Oh we must have made a mistake filing our paperwork, our bad!". Not by going on a tangent and accusing the client of lying. The training and management at this place needs a total overhaul. This clinic is such a pain and isn't worth it. Looks like Planned Parenthood has rewon my business because I won't be coming back here.

The office is amazingly clean the front desk clerk was very welcoming and nice there was very little wait! My RN was very informative yet with a twist of rude. My phlebotomist was very rough my arm is sore 24h later. But overall it’s a great place for women they are attentive to your concerns.
