I love Dr. Foster and the employees at his practice. The staff always is so friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions about care, billing or insurance. I’ve learned a lot about how to handle our insurance as a whole while working with them, and they’ve helped me every step of the way. This is our 3rd baby with Dr. Foster. He has always been kind and attentive and has been incredible every time in listening to my concerns and questions and I always feel like he gives as much time as needed. I have never felt rushed at any appointment and have always been taken in a timely manner. Even when the parking seems full, the waiting room has been with very few patients in It, and I’ve not had to wait longer than 15 minutes to be seen-unless he has been called away to a delivery, in which case the staff had been extremely communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Foster

Being my first pregnancy and my first time ever going to a OB office, it has been horrible with Dr. Foster. The front desk doesn’t seem to know what they are doing and look clueless when you walk up to the front. The ultrasound tech was very young and BOTH times I went in pushed very hard on my stomach and I left I was going to almost pass out from the pain a few times. Didn’t get a call back about my second ultrasound and almost a week later I had to call them to see what was going on….even after that no one called me. My appointment with Dr. Foster was just a horrible experience. Waited an hour and 30 minutes just to talk to him in his office (mind you I had already had to arrive 20 minutes early to not risk my appointment being rescheduled). He clearly didn’t read any of my charts or even taken a look at my ultrasounds. Started off with giving me concerning news in the worse wording possible when it was not
necessary to stress out a pregnant woman to that degree. Never addressed my horrible headaches. Takes me into a room for a pelvic exam and just goes get undressed from the waist down with no far directions or giving anymore detail to what the hell is going on. Just don’t go there if you are pregnant. Not worth the stress!!!

Ginger Burton is patient, understanding and supportive. She took time to listen and guide me through my health care needs. I highly recommend Ginger!

Hmmm where shall I start? I get billed for something I had done 14 mos ago that I asked them several times to send through my insurance and never heard back from them. Who is this mysterious Annie that apparently is the only person in the billing department? Call to get placed on hold to get transferred to Annie who never answers the phone and you can leave unlimited voicemails and she never calls you back. But yet there is always someone sending out text messages saying I have a bill due.....🙄🙄 Dr Foster you're an amazing Dr please hire better staff!!

Laughable Patient care. Foster has walked into my check up room twice assuming I had given birth when I was clearly still pregnant. Having the chart wrong almost every time he enters the room. Very rude and unkind person, and almost 1000 pay out at the third trimester after barely 2 ultrasounds my entire pregnancy, and half ass patient care. He should be embarrassed with his care. Im almost hoping when I give birth hes not at the hospital…Update weeks later I had to fire him. He sent me to the hospital for decels and made me sit on bed rest for almost 7 days without releasing me for constant monitoring. they refused me showering under his decision, and refused to let me go outside for five minutes since my room didnt have a window. My mental health was shot those days. He also proceeded to yell in my face that I didnt matter when I had a panic attack and my mom had to kick him out of my room. He has no clue how to care for a patient that has different mental health. He kept me monitored 6 days dispite my body obviously continuing to be unsafe for my child. A DAY after I fired him, it took ONE new doctor to look at my records and decide to take him out for safety reasons. I had an emergency c section and my placenta..? IT WAS ALMOST COMPLETELY DEAD. Foster was trying to leave me pregnant until 37 weeks, just ignoring all my complained symptoms and etc. I fully assume my child would not be alive anymore if I had left him as my doctor. If you have piercings, tattoos, or difficult mental health, Find another doctor because Foster will judge you on all of that. Be aware coming here if you want your child and yourself to have the best care possible. I have never regretted a decision more in my life. Be safe ladies.

I definitely wish I could give this clinic zero stars. Dr Foster himself was very kind and compassionate however the girls working the front have made my experience here a living nightmare. From insisting that my insurance was covering my visit, to sending me a bill of over $1000 just for establishing my care there. I have left the office manager several voice messages to talk about this over the past few weeks and no response. Getting ahold of them and having them fax my records over to a new clinic took over a week as well. The new clinic received only partial records. I have no idea how it is legal to withhold a patients records from them or a different clinic, or how they get away with lying to my face about prices then sending me an astronomical bill for a very basic visit. Avoid this clinic at all costs, it’s worth the wait to get into a better and more honest practice.

Just moved to the area and was lucky enough to find Virginia Burton ARNP-C. I have only had one appointment with her but she was amazing. She takes the time to listen to what you have to say and she offered multiple options for treatments. Virginia was great, you can tell she truly cares about her patients. I like that she is proactive in her treatment plans. I felt right at home discussing anything with her.
