My wife and I came in with her DMI walker that had trouble with the rear glides wearing through so fast and the wheels vibrating. They were very kind and helpful in replacing the wheels and giving us a good buy on four sets of DMI ski glides.

However, as we left, we had to go back because the walker still vibrated and the new skis turned worse than the old ones. They tried to resolve the problem by wrapping masking tape around the insert on the ski. It worked - for a few hours. Then started turning again. We went back with our four sets of skis and tried to return them. They said they couldn't help - I had to go to the manufacturer. This proved difficult to get the right phone number until I reached the manufacturer (the phone number on the package was no longer DMI). The manufacturer said they couldn't accept returns but did feel bad for us and agreed to send a replacement even though there was no defect with the ski - we just needed ones with an adjustable screw.

We also found the replacement wheels wobbled and went to Pill Box where we bought new wheels - and eventually just bought a new DMI walker.

Needless to say, in spite of all the great reviews of Foster, I'm afraid we will not be going back there again.
