Fort Myers, Naples/ Port Charlotte/Sarasota Oxygen and c-pap was bought out by Adapt Health. Many of the longtime dedicated employees were terminated and offices closed. Instead of individual care for the patients and the physicians order, the patients orders were dissected down to the small segments with one person for each small part of the process in a meaningless conveyor belt no personal care. Patient care has become meaningless.

This company NEVER RETURNS CALLS, always makes excuses, messes on billing, does not check equipment (in 3 years) have had to call Adapthealth for service. Thank God for them but they should dump Fort Meyers oxygen. Don’t let your doctor stick you either these peopl

5 years ago, this was a pretty good CPAP supply company and we got good service. Now, I would NOT recommend them to anyone. Unable to speak to anyone when I call. I have an address change and get a recorded message to leave a message. I have left 4 messages and no return call. Tried using the toll free number to their main office from the automated re-ordering email. They say that they can not find me in their system, yet they send me supplies and emails. This company has become totally unreliable and I do NOT recommend them.

Can’t get anyone by phone or email! - I agree with others on this! Endless wait times on the main phone line - which is then answered by someone in Tennessee- NOT the local Fort Myers people I need to talk to. Just to ask a question or request a form! We have had to DRIVE an hour (or with traffic 1 1/2 hours TO THE OFFICE -as no one answers, calls back OR EMAILS BACK— ONLY to “get an appointment set up” as they won’t see you without an appointment- even for a minor question. This is ridiculous, I’m a physician and would never treat my patients this way. Something NEEDS to be done about being able to CONTACT someone without having to DRIVE TO THE PLACE!

Could not be happier that my doctor switched me over from another place that had the worst customer service. The difference was night and day. From the moment they received orders from my doctor they called to let me know they were working on getting my machine.

The communication was excellent. So happy with Lorenzo and he made the switch super easy. Jenny at the front is so helpful and friendly as well.

And Laura! We love Laura! She’s so amazing and patient and just takes her time explaining everything.

I highly recommend them for their excellent customer service.

I was assisted by Alison, the General Manager. She was very knowledgeable,, polite and friendly and got me set up very quickly with my CPAP machine and gave me written instructions on the care of the equipment because it is a lot at one time! My only complaint was the wait time for the machine and the fact I had to keep calling to see if it was in. I also understand that probably due to Covid, they were behind in manufacturing, so I certainly don't hold that against them.

Awful. I have had problems with them before Adapt health acquired them. Never return phone calls even though the robo voice says they will return call within 24 hrs. Need my portable oxygen replaced. Now I’m trying Naples Oxygen to see if they return my phone call.
