The most unprofessional psychiatrist office I've ever experienced. I was seeing doctor Yuri every 2 months, and was under the instruction to call in each other month to refill of my prescription. I called last week to let them know I needed a refill and there was zero response to my pharmacy. I called again today, and was told by the front desk that Dr. Yuri was refusing to complete the refill until she had her next appointment with her, which was more than 2 weeks away. Im obviously confused by this because I was following her instructions to obtain a refill, and that would cause me to be without medication for 3 weeks. I was upset at this point and because this would be detrimental to my health, I let them know that if they wouldn't fulfill the medication that I would be forced to make a patient abandonment claim. Doctor Yuri immediately called me after the conversation with the front desk to let me know she would be discharging me as a patient because of my "threats" to use my rights as a patient rather than just correct the mistake. Its clear Dr. Yuri is unable to take responsibility for her actions and is willing to act in spite to her patients that question her actions. I will be reporting her actions to the medical board and I recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Do not even consider going here. Seeing Dr. Fultz was a waste of time and effort. I'll never forget when arrived for my first appointment, early and wasn't seen for almost 25 minutes later, he gave me an up down look as if I didn't belong there. As a man an black American I was hopeful that I would get some genuine help with healing and self improvement. FAIL. Sitting in our first session he was on his ipad half the time, minimal eye contact while speaking to him, poor engagement and an apathetic like demeanor.

By the third session I was starting to realize he wasn't truly interested in helping me and spent some time sharing his ideals or others philosophies that had nothing to do with what I was going through at the time.

It's been some months since I've seen him and my poor experience has been discouraging to go see someone else but I never forget and had committed to leaving this review in order to HELP someone else from having their time wasted or going through a similar experience. The icing on the cake and where I would give a negative star review is that fact that it takes effort and commitment from a person to even step into a therapist/counselors office let alone continue to show up. After the third visit and deciding not to return, NOT ONCE DID HE OR HIS OFFICE REACH OUT WITH ANY KIND OF FOLLOW UP. If that doesn't say he and they never gave a damn, I don't know what does. Protect your mental health by not seeing this dude. Also the bathrooms are dirty AF. Look elsewhere and find a line of work that doesn't involve people Dr. Fultz.

I love the doctors, this is the only reason for a 2 star. However the staff at the front desk can never seem to be on the same page. I have to constantly fight to get my son's meds refilled, (meds that you Don't stop abruptly) They don't seem to have the same calendar as the doctors because whenever the doctor schedules the follow up appointments, the front desk never has it on the books. They literally make me feel like I am a crazy person each and every time. Apparently there is no current exam on file, yet I spoke with the Doctor 2 weeks ago on a televisit appointment. This is very disappointing for any medical practice and devastating for a psychiatric practice. As a medical office manager with 14 years experience and a mother of a child in need of their services, my standards are high. The standard of care with the office staff needs some help.

Well I’m on alprazolam and as some might especially in this field you cannot go cold turkey your dt’s are off the charts n been hospitalized from it before it’s very serious prob worse medication to be on to just stop dr lane lil over 3 months ago had phone session I have not canceled any appointment and dr said his assistant was going give me 3 months or refills because I see him 3-4 months because been 4 years n nothing has changed so it’s usually very quick 3 months ago on phone session he said they will call in 3 refills so I’m covered til next appointment we’ll I’m due for my refill and have appointment this Thursday and his assistant said to just wait til Thursday again if you know about Xanax you can’t go two days cold turkey and said going to talk to dr lane this morning get it approved called all day and still nothing now there closed if I missed a appointment I’d understand I talk to dr.lane about this before and was not happy because he knows can’t go without it so I’m really frustrated i did nothin wrong and have to suffer me and dr. Lane have good relationships been seeing him sense he started i did nothing wrong due for my refill today Tuesday and don’t understand why couldn’t help me this is not a early refill or nothing it’s dr lanes follow up knew was going need 3 refills n got one next month one n now can’t get anyone to call it or fax it it’s really frustrating especially not doing anything wrong it’s not fair to let patients go threw withdrawals for few days and I never got simple call back I don’t get it I talked to dr in past about this n was not happy n will be talking to him on my appointment Thursday it’s just wrong a call back would be nice not cool at all I’ll see lane every week if have to but he’s comfortable 3 to 4 months cuz nothing has changed but if means gotta wait on my meds I’ll see him whenever for sure not happy they can’t even call me back allll day even last week it’s probably most dangerous medication to play around with

Very disappointed with my psychologist at the Upland office. I put my trust into her. I was basically lied to. I feel worse than ever before and I wasted my time.

They have been immensely helpful with depression issues. They are also very flexible on scheduling nights and Saturdays
