Having been to other physical therapy businesses, I can compare Foothills Physical Therapy and state this facility is the best one by far. It's the people!! A PT facility can have all the gear and an impressive building but if the therapists are not professional and caring for their patients then your sessions will not be pleasant nor will you receive the therapy needed. Over the course of my many therapy sessions I interacted with numerous therapists. Each one was confident, caring and supportive towards my goal of my targeted physical therapy needs. I recognized teamwork among all the therapists as each one was dedicated to quickly answering any questions and providing advice on each exercise I performed. My goal of feeling better with greatly reduced pain was met because of the people at Foothills Physical Therapy located at 5110 N. Dysart Rd. Litchfield Park. The therapists at Foothills really do care about their patients.

I had a disappointing experience at Foothills Physical Therapy. This place cares more for quantity of patients instead of quality of care. After my surgery, my recovery regressed because my treatment plan wasn’t adjusted over time. The staff doesn’t closely monitor workouts or evaluate if you are doing them right. They tell you what to do and then go on to their other 5 patients they are juggling. When I proposed changes to my plan, they seemed offended and then overcorrected it, ultimately leading to an injury. I expected more attentive care and communication during my recovery.

The staff is really friendly Lauren and Logan were extremely helpful their compassion for their patients is out of this world I've never felt more comfortable then the way they made me feel I definitely will be coming back after surgeries and I thank them all for the wonderful help they gave me even though I still need more work when it's that time my trust is with them I can go on and on of how much they helped me they made me feel comfortable even when I was in pain until next time God bless you all and thank you so much for all you do!! ❤️

I can’t begin to express my gratitude for the ‘service par excellence’ extended to me at Foothills Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine!
After a lumbar spinal fusion, I am recovering from both significant quadricep muscle atrophy, nerve loss and ‘drop foot’. I also have gait and balance issues. I’d begun to lose hope……..however, after receiving physical therapy (3x weekly) for two months now, my strength and endurance have improved exponentially! For the first time, in a very long time, I’m feeling like myself again! This is my ‘home away from home’, and you folks are all my ‘extended family’!
This is an energetic team of passionate, caring professionals, who show up daily, ‘ready to go’ for us. The very least that I can do, is to be an ‘active participant’ in my exercises. I wouldn’t be starting to walk confidently again be it not for their assistance! I am currently ‘running’ on the treadmill, crushing it on the elliptical, leg pressing 125 lbs, and using my cane far less. This therapy center utilizes state of the art procedures & equipment. Acupuncture, Kinesio taping, percussion, cupping, weight training, & neuro electrode muscular stimulation are merely some of the ‘tried and true’ treatments which are provided. Therapy is always custom tailored to each patient’s specific needs and requirements.

Be very careful about what you sign. They use very vague wording around the pricing.

They told me “it would be $120 for initial visit” when talking to me but on paper it reads an ESTIMATE. In no way did they explain to me this was an estimate. Regardless, if it was even around the $120 pricing, like $40 more (a true estimate) I wouldn’t mind paying it but somehow my bill comes back to 3X MORE. They’re using a lower number to bring people in and then their ESTIMATION can be significantly higher after insurance adjustment. Not once did they tell me how much an initial visit actually cost.

I called billing twice and left them a voicemail a month ago and no one ever got back to me until I tried again this month. I finally spoke with someone and she couldn’t explain the pricing except that it’s an “estimate.”

This is very shady practice IMO and people who don’t understand insurance well enough are easily taken advantage of.

The PT I himself did a good job diagnosing and explaining what I needed to do. But all the exercises I was instructed to perform by the PT aides I wasn’t given guidance on my form; I could’ve worsened my condition, so I cancelled the rest of my sessions. PT following my knee replacement surgery. They are creative and helpful in providing simple movements that reduce pain throughout my body and increase my mobility.

As I discussed my physical problems with my primary physician he gave me a choice of 3 Physical therapy clinics within my general vicinity. I chose Foothill Sports Medicine Centers. So after a couple of weeks I decided to booked my first appointment. The first thing I noticed was a well equipped center that had all of the latest Exercise tech equipment. However, exercise equipment without a knowledgeable and professional staff to direct the use of that equipment is just a waste of time and money..Litchfield Foothill Sports Medicine met and exceeded both of those requirements.. Finally, if you have a need for Physical Therapy, Litchfield Foothill Sports Medicine is the place to get back into life !! PS: Bonus: If you like discussing the ins- outs of Phoenix Suns Basketball they have a few members of their staff that can accommodate you !! LOL !!✔️
