I was in desperate need of a power lift recliner for a family member suffering from cancer. Multiple other locations did not have the item in stock. I contacted Folsom Medical Supply & Gopal told me he had the item in stock. I drove over & Gopal showed me multiple options. He provided a demonstration while he assisted other customers. He showed me how to register for the warranty and then helped me load the chair into my truck. He even gave me a discounted price. This store is operated by an independent business man living the American dream. If you are in need of medical supplies, visit this store.

This place has such a diversity of choices. I have an injured wrist and the doctor-supplied brace was bulky and cumbersome. I needed a better options for typing: check! I needed a neoprene sports version to go in the water: check! Grateful for them today.

Very helpful. Have purchased items from this store in the past. They are always ready to assist in finding what you need. Rented a transport chair recently. It was perfect. Old fashioned store with old fashioned customer service. Am thankful to have this type of business close by for all types of medical supplies that can be hard to find and the great customer service.

WARNING DO NOT go this business the owner Mr. GOPAL is a rude disrespectful man with 0 customer service. My mom rented a wheelchair from him and he gave me a lecture about how wonderful his wheelchair is when it would not turn easily or function properly. I threw my back out that's how bad it is. If I could give it a zero I would. Be wise there are plenty of other medical suppy places that are helpful and nice. I hope he goes out of business soon.

Couldn’t walk after foot surgery…. Went to Folsom Medical Supply. They recommended a boot, fitted me and I walked out!!! Highly recommend Folsom Medical Supply!

Do not buy anything from this location. I
purchased a seat and bar cover, as well as
bag for my walker. It was sold to me by the
so called manager. I was told that I could
return all items, with a 25 percent restocking
fee. Apparently, that was a lie. She refused to
allow me to return the items, that don’t fit my
walker correctly.
My advice to you, don’t buy from these crooks.

If you need a knee scooter, save yourself money and look on Amazon! It is $100 to buy on Amazon and the same for a month rental at this place. Plus, a brand new scooter wont have handlebars with a creepy cologne smell that is reminiscent of sweaty meaty fingers (thus making your hands smell like that). *Also, keep in mind, you may need a scooter for more than a month- ankle injuries take forever to heal. The rating is on cost and smell, I did not have a bad experience with the employees.
