I've been a patient at Florida Urology Center for six months, and I couldn't be happier with the care I've received. Dr. Guido has been phenomenal—thorough, attentive, and truly compassionate. Nurse Stephanie is equally amazing, always kind and patient, making every visit comfortable and stress-free.

The reception staff and every other team member have been equally wonderful, treating me with respect and professionalism every step of the way. From scheduling appointments to follow-ups, the process has always been smooth and efficient.

If you're looking for top-notch care with a team that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend Florida Urology Center. Thank you for making a challenging time much easier to manage!

P.S: No-Show fee I've seen so far was only $50 which was posted on the wall. I never was rushed for any payment, and I could always get a hold of staff member and this never had a missed response when I had an inquiry.

I have been a patient at Florida Urology Center for over 10 years. The drs are fabulous however once again yet another office staff that is rude and unprofessional. They send text messages stating if you miss your appt you will be charged $202,450 We were told this is not a mistake they send these to get patients attention. How professional to use basically a scare tactic. Their system always sends texts with confirmations for appts that has the wrong date and time. However if you show up that date and time, they have no regards to your time and act like you were the one to make a mistake even if they are shown the texts. I am sure the drs aren’t aware of the unprofessional nature of their administrative staff. Just another example of a business offering below average customer service. It’s time Drs office start respecting their patients time the same way we are expected to respect theirs, take responsibility for their technology used to communicate with patients and the customer service and professionalism of their office. The date their system sent was wrong, the genius Office Manager future Karen with an S name advise was to click the message at the bottom of the text message as it has the correct date and time. ROFL that female Karen had my record delivered to my home this morning. I’m assuming based off her attitude and her level of accountability, I would guess her professional life matches her personal life no accountability

Dr Guido is a great urologist who displays high level of competency and a caring demeanor. Office nurse Stephanie is highly competent and dedicated to her profession and always available as needed. Entire office support staff is very welcoming as well.

My review has been deleted once let's try again. First I was scheduled to see a Dr. At no point was I ever told I was seeing a PA, he introduced himself as Ken. I just assumed the doctor wanted to be called by first name. I told him my prior diagnosis and he flat out said that was wrong on first visit with no testing done first and suggested I do a very painful procedure that day if I wanted to feel better. He made multiple lewd remarks that were out of line, so much so that even his MA said something to him about his behavior. They left me bleeding (without telling me I would) and gave me two antibiotics in a zip lock baggie.

I cancelled my follow up and explained to the receptionist why and she gasped in horror when I told her what he said to me. She said an office manager would call me back immediately, but no one did.

A month later, I was sent a bill for the barbaric and totally unnecessary procedure he performed on me.

I went for a second opinion elsewhere and found that none of the things he did to me were necessary. Stay far away.

No one should have to go through what I went through here.

Wife has waited for weeks for the doctors to review her records to see if she qualifies to be honored with an appointment. She has had numerous kidney issues and the only answer from the staff is that she can go to an urgent care if she needs to be seen. This place is a horrible joke that I would not recommend anyone go to.
