Initially there was some confusion with my device rental, but I received an incredibly prompt call back and all was quickly resolved. Although I had already met my insurance deductible they required a deposit, which was fine. If all was sorted with the insurance company I'd receive a refund. I didn't have much faith in my insurance and quickly forgot all about the deposit. I received a check in the mail yesterday for my complete deposit. Thank you Sunshine Medical for the ease of working with you, despite the rocky start. I'd recommend you for anyone needing device rental! And if I need assistance again, I would absolutely use you. Thank you thank you.
