The office staff is incompetent. They caused me to miss an appointment with the pain psychologist because I told them when I made the appointment I needed it to be telehealth. I wasn't given instructions for it. The night before I got a text stating the appointment was in the office which I couldn't do. Strike 1. Then the MRI wasn't approved on time so the place I made the appointment at had to call my insurance company to get it. Strike 2. Then the pain management procedure was denied because they didn't state the correct facts so I am in pain longer than I needed to be and am now going back to my previous doctor. Strike 3. Don't waste your time with them. They are completely incompetent and it will cost you time and aggravation to deal with their mistakes. If I could give negative 100 stars I would. They wouldn't let me talk to the doctor to tell them what they did to me, they are HORRIBLE 😡

I tried to get information about setting up an appointment and they didn’t answer, but called me back and the girl had me on speaker banging around so when I said “what?” She got all rude. THEN she asked me, “What are you looking for, just medication?” Are you kidding me?! I wish she had been in front of me with that accusation! I’m in disbelief. Totally unprofessional display so heck no. Absolutely not. Thank you for the red flags! Medical offices these days are pitiful and hire complete TRASH. 🚩

Hands down the best pain management team in the Tampa Bay Area. From the moment I walked through the doors of the Spring Hill office I was treated like family. The entire staff always has a smile on their faces and they ever forget a face. Dr. Hassan is not only a brilliant doctor but also has a wonderful personality. A truly refreshing experience. I would recommend this practice to anyone living with chronic pain.

NPR OFFICE!! I've been going there for 2 years. They are great. Always friendly. The doctors listen. If 1 treatment doesn't work they'll try another. I highly recommend FMPM.
