We've been coming here for years. After going to another lab, I can appreciate how well this place runs. You get to talk to a real person when arriving, the lab technicians are friendly and respectful. And the wait is never that long, even without an appointment.

I have been to this lab numerous times. Never have had an appointment until 1 recently because of fasting. Never have had a long wait. Staff always polite. Plus I like that all my doctors are with Florida Medical Clinic. They all have immediate access to all of my records. Only been using since 2019 and love the convenience.
But I think they need to get rid of Clinic in the name. When I tell people where I go they think it is like a little local county clinic you would go to for you STD testing. Florida Medical Group?

This is a great place for me because I have medical doctors that are in the Florida Medical Building whom I visit. However; if your doctor is not part of Florida Medical and you get your lab work done here, they will never get the results or it will take weeks and weeks for them to expedite the results. They are not Quest Labs normal office, it is a satellite office and they send to both Quest and LabCore where you never know which company is getting your test performed at. You cannot see your results on the website with Quest Labs as you would going to a non-satellite office. Trying to track it down with the staff is daunting. They just have attitude when working with outside physicians. Wanda is the best employee there, and will go out of her way to ensure anything and everything is perfect and on point. Most the other staff does not want to deal with it. For Wanda (5-Stars+). For the frustration of Bailey, and Linda Edwards they can use some empathy and-etiquette training. They are always busy at this lab and busy anyone can understand. But you still have to take one patient at a time and finish with them rather than taking multiple and doing an inferior job trying to handle them all and multitasking. This is not a position to multitask in as too much importance on patients testing and accuracy is crucial. They also need to be more compliant with outside physician's orders when placed through their fax machine. Love the convenience of this place, hate the non-follow up and stress they add by non-compliance with outside physicians.

This lab location is so efficient and friendly. They listen when you tell them where your sweet spots are for blood draws. Even without an appointment you will get in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. It's also so convenient to have it right there on the same campus as my doctor. There have been very few hiccups in the years that I have been coming to this lab, they aren't perfect but they are pretty close!

I have to say that I totally agree with Yvette who posted a review eight months ago (I just read it). This lab is the closest one to me and I like going there for blood draw for all of my doctors because of the convenience. However, my doctor at the USF Health Group at USF says he never receives the results of my blood work when it's done there. It would be so helpful if they could get the results and in a timely manner. I also give kudos to Wanda...she's tried to help me fix the stalemate.

we asked for an appointment with PCP, receptionist asked why need an appointment, In this event, why our personal matter we have to disclose to her?, very wrong protocol that we have revealed oue physical or any problem is a private matter of doctor and patients.

La’Cher at this location is awesome! Very professional and kind! Most lab techs have a hard time getting my veins but she always gets it the first time!
