The doctor’s at the ER acts as though they get paid on how fast you can see a patient’s, I remember being treated in a chair next to a room. This last time I was treated in the ER waiting room. But billed like I had a room to talk to the doctor privately. Most definitely will not go back to this hospital!!!! Everyone is rude. They move fast for Uber eats but slow for patient’s. ER care at it’s worst!!! They don’t even deserve 1 star!!!

Not very satisfied with the lack of urgency in securing a specialist for my mother. It's going on 3 weeks and no appointment yet. On another note my mother was under the impression that Yanet Perez was a doctor when in fact she's ARNP (advanced practice registered nurse). There is nothing wrong with that but let patients know.

The worse place ever . Run away from this place . The person who is in charge of answering the call never , get the messages right or much more less call you back and on top of that she hangs the phone on my face . If need assistance immediately don’t count with these groups of professionals never .
