Florida institute of Neurology is an amazing & outstanding medical services. Staff is like family. Ms. Gala Miller came to our home and ensured all wires for 72 hrs EEG were in placed, set the system & didn't leave until.everything was working. 3pm till 830pm & never looked frustrated, excellent service. I'm changing my neurologist of 10 years to go to Florida institute of Neurologist. Five star accross board!!

I have had a few appointments & tests administered at the office and have been pleased with my experience and the staff. Claryza assisted me through my testing while keeping me calm and comfortable and providing guidance on what to expect. Hardie at the front desk was helpful and a pleasure to interact with as well!

I liked the service of the clinic, very clean and above all the excellent service provided. Hardie made me laugh a lot with his charisma. I was nervous and that calmed me down. He was an incredible support that we all needed at important moments.

Had to have two EMG tests done. I scheduled two appointments a week apart. Then I get a call saying the doctor isn't available for my next appointment and had to wait another week. After the second appointment I was told that the report would be sent to my spinal surgeon on Monday or Tuesday. I had a followup appointment with the surgeon the following Thursday. But we couldn't make arrangements for my treatment because the report was never sent. I called and was told the report would be sent at 1pm. I called again at 3pm and it still hadn't been sent. I again told it would be sent by 4pm and they would notify me when it was sent. At 4:45pm no call. And I found that they closed at 4:30pm.

Don't get me wrong, the front office staff were polite and professional. It's whoever is responsible for compiling the report and sending it the requested physician. In this case I was informed the office manager was working on my report at 9:45am And it took the person all day to complete the task.

I needed some tests done, when coming in Claryza was such a sweet heart and so welcoming . I was nervous for my tests being done but just the few interactions I had with her calmed down my nerves. Thank you so much and congratulations on the baby!
