This location is a little difficult to find directly across street from Jeff's Antique Mall limited parking but two handicap spots and wheelchair accessible entrance if picking up records be sure to be there before 4 p.m. Monday through Friday they do close promptly they are fast and efficient for medical record pick up have ID and fill out release forms
