It doesn't matter what sort of sinister feelings stalk me before walking into Ms. Polly Charette's office. As soon as I walk in, her demeanor, smile, and calming aura seem to soothe me even before the session has fully begun.

My name speaks all you need to know. Silence. But for whatever reason--perhaps it's the eccentric, comforting decor, or just her all around serene ambiance--I always feel relaxed and secure enough to unload. And that's saying something for me.

Polly really truly cares, and I get the feeling from her that she is willing to go the extra mile to help anyone in need. Her character is genuine and honest, which makes it all the more easier to talk to her. She has this special way of making you see things in a different light, and she is always as encouraging as possible.

I would definitely recommend Ms. Polly Charette to anyone looking for help, because you will find exactly what you're looking for with her. That being said, the whole building there is just full of great energy. Wonderful, friendly people who give you that extra support you need with just a simple smile of acknowledgement.
