Absolutely the worst customer service ever! We arrived at 8am to get a required shot for my daughter entering college. The receptionist wasn't friendly as she told us the nurse would not arrive until 9:30 am. She gave us a number and we left to grab breakfast. We returned at 9am and again the distant not so friendly receptionist said nothing as we patiently waited. Finally at 9:45 am we asked for an update and was told 2 people were ahead of us and we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes!!! Mind you we were first and no one was in the waiting room!!

I can't complete my review as we are STILL HERE WAITING. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that the nurse has still not arrived. A total waste of my time today.

Horrific place. The secretary with the short brown hair started yelling at me when I nicely asked for a religious exemption form. I am terrified to go back in this place. I will bring the police with me next time to protect myself from her.

I wish I could give zero stars. The receptionist is always awful, the nurses are just as horrific, and the wait times, even with an appointment and an empty waiting room, are insane. If you have a choice, go anywhere else.
