CS of FHS is very good. Both assistants are very nice and helpful. Location is neat, spacious, cleaned restroom and has parking lots available but the address is difficult to find commonly the GPS takes you to other street behind due to construction.

I love this company. They offer a preventative healthcare plan that many people mistake for actual insurance, even though they tell you flat out that it is not insurance; it is a preventative healthcare plan. It offers all of the necessary preventative maintenance that one should have for both male and females, at a very afforbale rate and with very low out of pocket to see a primary or a specialist. I pay 30 bucks to see my specialist and get free labs. I pay like $50 bucks a month for the plan, it would cost me over $400 for actual insurance. I've tried them all, if you don't get insurance from your job or can't afford actual insurance this is the best plan with the best overall benefits that I have seen.

Very Bad Experience. The Rep. Maria Padilla sold me a coverage and it turned out not to be what She had Explained. This is a Scam. I had to visit the office and talked to Janet to have it canceled, but not refund me for the Two prior payments, eventhough there where no claims. I will be filing a dispute with my bank to get refunded for the two months that they debited from my account. 3/21/2024.

This is not a health insurance, is a discount card that is not worth at all. I’ve paid for over 4 whole years and only used 3 times. When I requested the cancellation, they charge me one month without authorization. Terrible customer service in general.

I filed a Complaint with BBB (Better Business Bureau). I was a member since April 2014 considered to be in their Diamond Loyalty Reward Program. All of my payments were set up automatically each month and one day for no reason my policy was cancelled. My card information never changed and They Never Informed Me! I found out when their Sales Department called to Ask If I wanted to Sign Up Again!! They refuse to give me a Written Explanation why my policy was cancelled. How can a health plan policy that I have maintained for over 7 Years be cancelled with No Warning? This is How they Rewarded My Loyalty. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also this health plan does provide Basic Vaccinations like Shingles. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS HEALTH PLAN... DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH FLORIDA HEALTH SOLUTION, THEY DO NOT DESERVE IT.

I have medical bills going to collections cause are over $500.00. I definitely no recommend it , don't waste your money get a real insurance, this is a fake policy plan, since 2018 paying a plan to end up getting to pay the lab exams. Really disappointed.

Very poor customer service. I would rate these people 0 stars. My son has have this Plan for over a year now and every time he needs blood work or to go to a specialist is an issue they what to make all the appointments for you and make you go to the MDs they want you to go to. This plan is not cheap for 77.00 per month and then you need to pay for most of the services out of pocket. The State of Fl should investigate them because as per Medicare and Medicaid Guidelines the member should be able to see the MD they want as long as the MD is listed under the Plan. They are not professional whats so ever and do not follow up with the MD office for the authorizations they make you wait forever to see a specialist that you end up going to the hospital and paying everything out of pocket. If Florida Health Solutions is not able to follow up on their members accordingly they should not be in business because these are lives we are talking about not just a piece of paper.

Terrible service and horrible experience! This people offered heaven to me to get their most expensive plan that didn’t even cover the doctors I needed (which I clearly explained to them in the beginning) I also asked several times how to cancel my contract with them and at first they said it was pretty easy. After a whole month of not using their service at all they forced me to pay another month because they have “policies”. These people won’t let you go out and will continue taking your money. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR LIES
