Moreover, the office contributes to the county's public health goals by participating in initiatives like wellness programs, data collection for health reports, and collaborations with local schools and businesses. The reviews are true. Beyond slow even with appointment. Staff is a mess very rude and look like they take all the meds there, when asking why it’s an hour after appointment time they were nasty, when I turned my back my children watch them make fun of me for asking… sorry did I interrupt your nose picking time? Worst place ever. Does anyone know the names of the staff because they won’t tell you. I definitely feel what I have recorded about her taking pills should get her fired.

Very slow and poor service every time I go. I go in for weekly appointments that last between 5-10 minutes total. Always wait in the lobby at least 30-45 minutes before being called, when I have the first appointment, then wait another 20-45 minutes in room, by myself, before Dr sees me. I had no choice but to go here for maternity services, definitely going to a far better office next time around.

Needed to have my TB test read. Had an appointment at 8:30 . Arrived before 8 am. I was the first person to sign in. Had to wait an hour and a half to get my TB test read. They called at least 10 people before me who signed in after I did. It literally took one minute for her to look at my arm and stamp my piece of paper. Unacceptable!

Staff is lazy, incompetent and combative. of the three people who sit in at the front desk, I can honestly say not one of them are helpful. It seems like it is a chore for them to greet people or for them to even answer a question. When you do try to ask how much longer after waiting an hour past you appointment time, they have a freaking attitude with you. Don't waste your time going here unless it is absolutely nessecary. This place is a joke.

HORRIBLE!! The nurses are very nice and so is the doctors but the front desk were VERY rude! I asked simple questions cause I wasn’t sure on checking out and the receptionist came out very rude to me . She seemed bother when I asked her the question. I then called and spoke to Ebony who also works at the front and she was a little rude also but then later on broke out of her shell. They seemed bother working at the front and I have to say that is bad for business . I don’t know why this office was made as my primary doctor but I definitely will be switching to another office because they were so rude and unprofessional. The doctor is great but unfortunately the staff isn’t very pleasant . Zero stars
