I have had a terrible time trying to get good in- network care from this insurance company. They deny referrals from the PCP then they deny the appeal from the members. They don’t involve the member in the appeals process. Some Dr in a back room somewhere denying your medical care. Filed a grievance which has not helped whatsoever. Get ready for the dog and pony show.
