If I could give a negative star, I would. I will absolutely be walking through those front doors tomorrow to speak with customer service or their HR department. The nurses and doctors were apparently great, however, the receptionist who checked them in was incredibly monstrous. Short, rude, condescending, confrontational, and completely unprofessional…my wife came home almost in tears because of the whole interaction with this witch. Once the interaction was over, she went back to being bubbly and happy with other patients and coworkers which makes me wonder if this could be a racial reasoning for her attitude. No patient should ever be welcomed by that sort of human while trying to be seen for an ailment. FHCP needs to vet better when they hire the welcoming face of one of their departments.
