I have been going to this practice for many years when they moved Dr Balo also moved but too far away. I was really happy to find Dr Barnhorst in ponte vedra. The wai in the living room was barely long enough to get myself one of their fancy coffees. Facilities were super clean and the staff was super friendly and efficient. Also $1,000 less than what I was quoted at another facility for cataract surgery

Went to my appointment, was moved through the office like cattle, the doctor rushed me through the appointment and when I asked questions, he said we'd address them next time, sent me to talk to someone next about my surgery, she didn't explain anything to me, gave me a folder full of papers, told me to read through them and email her if I had any questions. Then was told my visit was going to cost $31 and ended up paying $200 because according to the office manager the girl at the front desk was new and clearly didn't know what she was doing. Needless to say, I will not be using this doctor or office for my surgery, nor do I recommend them to anyone. Went to another doctor and office, and my surgery will be earlier than this office offered me and I was treated with more respect than this office ever did. Definitely do not recommend this place.

The staff is awesome. From the front desk to all the ones handling your exams and tests. Dr Barnhorst is able to make my wife feel at ease by answering all of her questions. He made her feel important, that she was his major concern. She definitely chose the right Dr for her surgery. Kudos to all.
