This is the most disrespectful place I ever been to lady asked for my ID then she threw it back to me. I don’t think that’s very nice.

Multiple complaints. From them losing my DNA results and having to retake at a different location. They're over the phone customer service is only automated and does not let you talk to a real person. Also I've had to wait over an hour for a scheduled appointment. This place needs to get their act together. Although I will say the woman that I finally talked to at the desk after waiting all that time was very polite and helpful.

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR HIRE PEOPLE WHO WILL WORK!!! ALMOST 8 MONTHS PASSED AND NO ONE HAS WORKED ON MY CASE , THERE IS NO HELP WITH THESE PEOPLE IN THIS OFFICE!!! HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS IF I DIDN'T HAVE HELP FROM MY NEW HUSBAND , MY DAUGHTER WOULDNT HAVE ANYTHING SHE NEEDED BC I LIVE ON SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILTY!!! SOMEOME NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE ENTIRE CHILD SUPPORT SYSTEM IN FLORIDA BECAUSE NO ONE DOES THIER JOB! US SINGLE MOMS AND DADS RAISING UP OUR CHILDREN ALONE CAUSES HARDSHIP, WE NEED FINANCIAL HELP FROM THE ABSENT PARENT WHO VOLUNTEERALY IS NOT HELPING , THE ONLY WAY THEY WILL HELP IS BY THEM BEING FORCED BY THE GOVERNMERT!!! SO, HOW DO WE GET HELP IF THESE CHILD SUPPORT OFFICES ARE NOT DOING THIER JOBS SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!

They've lost my paperwork 3 times and tried to blame it on the other state. Whoever answers the phones are extremely unprofessional and needs severe training or a new job. Whoever runs this place needs a new job as a matter of fact.

Whoever rated this place 5 stars must either work there or got lucky enough to get a clerk that either felt like earning their pay by working and pretending they cared or actually cared that day or moment. The staff seems lazy, or careless, or incompetent, or all of the above. So lazy they don't even want to push keys and check data in the computer. The girl at the desk told me I needed to go travel and collect data that was already right there in their system. After I asked to speak with the manager, the manager pressed the buttons and found what their employee was gonna send me on long mission for. I give this place a 1 star rating only cause it's lowest you choose. This place should be staffed with people who care and have the heart to try to help people, rather than make the situation more challenging.

Name calling from employees and not there for the children.I spend weekends and holidays with my kids. Even call my kids mother to spend extra and more time with my kids. While being helped( for the kids) I was accused verbally by an employee there that I'm an absentee father. When I told her I'm not I see my kids. She told me to sit down and the next person will help. No freedom of speech if you're a single dad. Don't see how sitting down even longer is helping my kids get there child support. Threatening to to take away my work license. Let's get this straight" Florida " a drivers license is a privilege NOT A WORK LICENSE. A work licensed was earned. Something seems very unconstitutional. Females need to be human and stand up for the fathers that there kids care to see and love. No work, no roof , no food. Child support can double dip when you have two jobs and don't even tell them about the second job but then years later can say you never updated them on a new job. OUT to screw You unconstitutionally

I have full custody yes I’m a male I know not common so uncommon they treat you as if your all dead beat dads. They have lost my paperwork three times a d constantly screw up everything else.
