This is the last time I will ever come to this location. They've always been fantastic. I called Main an appointment was attempting to make appointment for Friday early morning. She said they closed at 2:30. I said do you have 230 available for today? I can make it today she said yes I will move it to today on Thursday at 2:30 PM. I go in then they tell me I don't have an appointment. It's for tomorrow afternoon.just not the type of service people driving 30 minutes to arrive here and tell them they don't have an appointment for a five minute process ,

I was able to walk in, without an appointment, and get my child's birth certificate printed in less than 20 minutes! So quick.

Doctors are good, but nurses are ghetto and unorganized…they sit on their phones like simple minded high school girls waiting for their crush who doesn’t care about them. There are people in this world who work in certain fields for fulfillment and there are those who just need a check, they would fall under that category. They lack compassion and common decency.

The entire staff is very attentive! From the reception to the medical care. The nurse who attended to me was very kind and very friendly. The doctors too. The management is also very good!! I really recommend!

After 3 kids , 3 states I can tell you that this is the worst Wic office I have ever seen.
Instead of loading the WIC card with benefits after having a new born ;they start playing their bureaucracy rules . Like giving an appointment after a month and half .knowing that you really really need a baby formula.

The ladies here talk to you like your trash! From my first visit to now they talk the same rude obnoxious the Jamaican older lady infront is the most disrespectful of them all! To top it off I went to my appointment and they forgot about me! I waited for our food to be loaded and when I called the same lady picked up the phone and stated they forgot about me then tried to say I heard wrong! This place is to help the less fortunate!!! No need to be rude I think it’s time for that lady and that office to find better workers who care about women and children a bit more and try to be helpful instead of being a complete jerk! I never leave comments but I had to describe the horrible experiences I have every time I go and I’m disgusted that it has never gotten better ! Some women don’t even know what to say when the rude lady talks to them like that and I hate hearing it. Like it isn’t hard enough going in there! Have some respect or find a new job where people don’t have to deal with you and you don’t have to talk to people because it’s obvious you don’t know how to!

Two times have shown up to Immunization department in 2:00 in afternoon and they are closed! Online says they are open! Called this morning and asked if I needed an appointment for a signature and they said, no, come on into the office. They indicate online and over the phone that they are open. I'm standing in the lobby talking to the lady at the corner desk by the front window and she told me she does t know why they are closed it's just when the manager feels like leaving or closing then they are closed. There is another family of 4 here with a baby and they too were told to come in and are waiting to be helped, also the 2nd time they have come in to be told that they are closed and no one can help them. We have been waiting 10 minutes now for a supervisor.......NOT GOOD.

Everybody was amazingly nice and understanding they went beyond and above their job to help me. Never had this type of service in a government building. I would recommend this location.😀 I went to this location to get my birth certificate
