We haven’t even been there yet, however Tina on the phone is awesome! She is a fountain of knowledge and a wealth of patience. She took a lot of time explaining how the dental program works, the costs for procedures, how to qualify, and was very attentive and caring. If the dentist is as qualified fixing teeth as Tina is answering that phone our family will be very happy. We have 3 appointments in June. Ill be watching. 🧐

The dental office has zero organization, and zero ability to work with children. My daughter's first time and they did absolutely nothing to help her be calm. Simply got quickly impatient and declined to go further and just push her to someone else. Completely wasted my time off early from work. We were in the office for maybe 3 min total. Avoid this awful place if you can.

I had been going to yulee from duval for about a year n half n the dentist pulled two of my wisdom teeth. I loved the dentist n Kathy who cleaned my teeth. Out of no where I called them schedule a cleaning n I was told that they no longer accept Duval patients. This was so file to me. Becuz u never thought enough of me to let me know. For this u all suck. N Tina ty for the insight. N also Can community couldn't help. We need someone to ride for us ty Tina

My family and I have been going to this clinic for two years. We never really have a bad experience. There are long waits every once in a while but that is totally understandable since they have A LOT of patients and are short-staffed. WE ALWAYS FEEL WELCOMED AND TREATED FAIRLY. Dr. Gupton has always been patient with my kids. He explained the procedure and paper work very well. Tina is welcoming, polite and friendly. She follows up with appointment and extends assistance whenever she can. I would also like to mention Cathy. She has been my dental Hygienist since and I always felt the care and compassion she has. I am grateful we have these amazing people that do so much for our community. This is more than just a dental clinic. They truly care for our community. Always had great experience!

I always had a great experience. The dentist did a great job with my fillings and with my son's first tooth extraction. The procedure was fast and they made me feel comfortable. My son can be very scared but he was even happy and excited after the procedure. The dental hygienist and staff are nice too. Highly recommend. 👍👍👍

I had confusion w the date scheduled but Ms Tina in the office worked w me to get my son in quickly so we could move forward w his braces. She was so patient with me and very helpful!!! She was kind enough to call me when an appointment opened up to get us in last minute!
The hygienist was very knowledgeable and gave my son some really great advice and tips for his teeth! She communicated really well w my teenager, which isn't always easy to do lol! He really liked her! She gave me some great information as well!
He's been coming here for years and we've always been very happy w the office staff and dentist! Coming here always makes for a pleasant dentist appt! Thanks y'all!!!❤

I want to tell you how AMAZING the staff and Dentist are at the Yulee department of health dental office, Tina is AWESOME she will help schedule you and your families appointments and is quick to call you back if you leave a message and she even adds you to the call out list if there are any openings. The dential assistant has always made our children feel at home and has been seeing them since they were little. The dentist himself I wouldn't trade for anyone he takes the time to make not only myself feel comfortable but each one of my children no longer have a fear of the dentist because he takes the time to make them feel like each experience is going to be just fine. Thank you to the staff at Yulee Department of Health dental office you guys are worth your weight in GOLD!!!! Patricia White
