The woman JOY was very rude to me I'm 3 months pregnant with sickle cell and she refused to help me with my medicaid Mrs Shaneka was very respectful and understanding I've been sick lost over 20 pounds been n bed since may 12th this is unrealistic when I was approved for medicaid why take me through this instead of helping I can fall ill at any moment
