Active military arrived 45 min early to 1100 am appointment. Very unfriendly space walking in. Felt like a I was waiting to be processed for a crime. I was given paper to fill out for first visit after reading 10 signs and finally ringing doorbell. The lady at front desk walked past me talking about suing a client for defamation over a review about the uncomfortable feeling that I was currently feeling. I rang the door bell twice and waited as I could hear the lady on the other side of their double glass panel with tint so you can't see anyone. I stood there for 5 minutes. No one answered, as I could see a shadow through the frostedglass. I had to speak out and say ma'am. She finally answered the 2nd glass window and I told her I wanted to cancel my appointment and have tricare refer me elsewhere as this was a very uncomfortable experience in general but to hear them talk about suing a client over them saying how uncomfortable they felt was very unprofessional. She apologized by saying I'm sorry I shouldn't have carried that conversation infront of clients and I left.

I just had the worst experience with this place. My son was being seen there and months and months went by until they told me that my balance had just kept racking up and then I had a $200 bill. I did start paying it down. My son also didn't like the therapist so I stopped taking him. So of course I forgot after making a couple payments after that I still owed. Normal businesses would call you and remind you that you still owe a balance and ask you to pay. If that had happened I would've happily paid but no they just randomly charged my card for what seems like the rest of my balance. Like I said before had they called me and gave me at least a heads up I wouldn't be so angry. Then when you try to call the billing department you always get their voicemail. When I stop trying to get the billing department and called the office I got told that I shouldn't put my card on file if I didn't want them taking money out.

They almost never pick up the phone.
I have called 9 times (between 2pm and 3pm) and the robot voice said "you are next in line" all 9 times, then it said "we're currently closed or on another line".
Also, when they DO pick up, they have said they would call me back but never did.

Spoke to the new patient coordinator on Thursday had a appointment the following Monday! They got me in super fast. It is always clean inside and everyone I have spoke with has always been helpful. My son has been going here for several months and we really like this place!

Unethical billing practices and extremely poor service. Rarely return phone calls. Slow to address concerns and billing matters. It took greater than 4 months for office to receive labs results they claim to have requested, but only received them after I made a simple call. Lab results were sent same day. Office staff is not so friendly, front desk clerk rarely smiles.

Super unprofessional, really disappointed. I went there to process the death of a close friend who's anniversary was coming up. I went weekly and loved the therapist I found online through them because she was a Christian counselor. Unfortunately, she stopped practicing there so I decided not to continue on with someone else. I showed up for my last session and they said my copay was $60 instead of the regular $20- when I tried discussing it with the lady at the window she was not about it. I told her that amount was ridiculously high and that they could have notified me ahead of time of the change because I wasn't going to pay that for a final session. What she did was charge me a no-show fee of $65 after I left instead of helping me resolve it. Then...they went back and back billed me **FIVE** months worth of copays all at once stating my copay was not the $20 they were collecting weekly, but **$60**. I would have never continued going there had I known and they knew that. This place is really sad. It's almost impossible to get anyone live on the phone. The front desk people are continuously struggling at times leaving people waiting at the window for check in for close to 10 minutes. I don't know how many times I sat in that lobby with others while we waited for someone to come to the front. When I tried to talk to the office manager about the integrity of back billing 5 months worth of WEEKLY $40 difference copays and a no-show fee for an appt I actually showed up for- I got no where. GO ANYWHERE ELSE! If it hadn't been for that therapist I would have split from them sooner.

This place is a joke, as mental health is a serious issue and this place doesn’t take it serious. 3 days of trying to book an appointment finally got an appointment and the appointment was cancelled the same day of the appointment,I didn’t get to be put with another provider just a rescheduling. I took off today for this.I am not rescheduling I guess back to the grind and find another provider that cares.

Went here a few years ago after a really bad experience between my wife at the time and myself. I was made to feel bad for something that truly wasn't my fault. I was thrown under the bus so to speak and an unofficial diagnosis/description of my supposed condition, a definitively incorrect conclusion, was thrust upon me by guilt trip. What my wife and I experienced was wrong for both of us, but my side didn't matter. My feelings didn't matter. I didn't matter. Nothing was done in the therapy sessions that helped me. It has taken me years to process just how wrong I was treated and manipulated. I would not recommend this counseling service. They will waste your time, take your money, and you'll probably feel worse afterwards.
