Today I went to Access at Oakridge and Rio Grande, Orlando, FL. Jacky was the fabulous lady who assisted me. She gives a very friendly greeting with a warm smile, she show so much respect and kindness. Jacky is also very knowledgeable and efficient and thorough. I really needed the encouragement and services she provided. I have cataracts and find it so difficult to read and fill out forms. Jacky joyfully assisted me through the entire process and suggested other possible benefits for me. I hope she is truly rewarded for her goodness and a job well done.
