Ms Donna and Jordan are the absolute best
From day 1 Ms Donna made me feel so comfortable and I was a little nervous when I got Jordan because I was so use to Ms Donna and guess what he was so easy to talk to and he made me feel at ease. You can tell when people love what they do because being nice comes natural also the lady at the front desk was always friendly whenever I came in i absolutely love this office and the staff so thankful to have met them

I had 5 iron infusions and every time it was a breeze! Mrs. Donna and Mr. Jordan were wonderful and made me completely comfortable. Mrs. Becky at the front was also very sweet! I would recommend this place all day long. I'm actually sad I'm done!

I usually don’t write reviews but the experience I had hear was so amazing I had to!! I absolutely highly recommend this infusion center in Mobile Al on Hillcrest. Literally everyone is so welcoming and professional and makes you feel so comfortable from the front desk receptionist Ms.Becky always informational and welcoming she even brought me snacks to eat on while I got my iron infusion and was willing to get up from her seat as many times as needed to make sure I ate. My nurse Donna is my absolute favorite she was very patient kind and loving she made sure I was comfortable she also found out I’m afraid of nettles and IV’s lol and she was patient and gentle she made me feel very relaxed we talked the whole time she shared stories with me I mean I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I’m 8 months pregnant going on 9 months and out of my whole time this was the first time I actually relaxed thanks to all of them but mostly Ms.Donna. Jordan is Ms. Donna nurse partner and he was very professional and informational him and Ms.Donna made sure I didn’t leave with no unanswered question they made sure I knew everything about what the infusion does they gave me the pros and cons and checked on me constantly even if I was sleep lol. Again couldn’t ask for a better experience. My personal opinion All 3 of them needs a pay raise for just being so knowledgeable, professional, and caring. I definitely will be back!

I was very nervous about having this type of therapy, but the experience was made wonderful due to the staff! Very welcoming and pleasant and the best job at an IV I’ve ever had. Worked with my schedule and was willing to do whatever it took for me to be comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!!!
