If I could give negative star I would. I have been using this company against my will for patients because it’s what their insurance covered for around 3 years now and they should be shut down. The negligence toward patients is extreme. The workers will hang up on you, talk down to you, not ever get things done. It takes weeks sometimes and close to 30 hours on the phone to get supplies ordered. On MULTIPLE (more times than I can count) occasions workers never placed patients orders and the patients ran out of supplies that I would have to blend something from the store up to put in their feeding tubes. I have cried on the phone begging these workers to do their jobs and they don’t care, it’s not their problem and they’ll just hang up on you after being on hold or on the phone with them for 4 hours at a single time sometimes and getting no where. This place really is horrible. Go anywhere but here. I’ve been complaining for about 2 years also, and nothing has been done. If you want your patients to live, DO NOT CALL HERE!

So terrible. My son’s oxygen tank needs to be replaced and they have not called us back. He has been on his portable. My boyfriend has attempted to call the manager as well with no response. I’m glad that my son doesn’t solely rely on oxygen because you cannot rely on these people. I also needed an oxygen tank for his daycare, and they haven’t reached back out to us regarding that either. Which, I didn’t figure that they would. I told my son’s daycare we used Fletcher as his provider, and they looked at us and said sorry. An actual joke of a company. I would like a call or at least email back at this point saying they will come out by tomorrow.

I have placed two orders for supplies. One of the items in the first order was incorrect. One of the items from the second order was deleted without anyone letting me know, leaving me short of supplies. I have had billing issues. They don't return phone calls. Very poor customer service. I made three phone calls yesterday and spent 2.5 hours on the phone yesterday and another hour on the phone this morning trying to get these issues resolved and getting bounced all over the place. I try to get through to Fletcher for help in getting to the right place, and get transferred to their parent company, AdaptHealth, who doesn't care. Notice all of their responses to the reviews here ask people to reach back out to them instead of them, but then they have an experience like I have had which is why people are left with no recourse but to leave a review, hoping the appropriate person will get back to them.

Avoid like the plague. This used to be a great local company that provided great service and was a pleasure to deal with. Then they got bought. The parent company that runs them now is a nightmare to deal with, I've had hours and hours on the phone trying to deal with them, terrible experience. I cannot recommend anyone do business with them. The people at Fletcher warned me that is was going to get bad when they got bought and they were 100% correct. When I try to talk to them about billing they are very rude and barely speak English. They were very mean to me on the phone. The only reason their review score is above 4 is because Fletcher did a great job for years, any good reviews you see now are patients dealing with local people. None of the good reviews involve Billing or the parent company AeroCare. I'll never give them another dime. Only a few good reviews since they got bought and a ton of 1 star reviews. If you can deal with just the local office and never have to pay them anything you might have a good experience. Otherwise I hope you speak Farsi and have a lot of patience.

So I’ve had interactions with Fletcher’s in the past where my doctor ordered a nebulizer and almost like magic Fletcher’s had it delivered to my door. Now, though I have entered into the fun world of sleep apnea and needing a CPAP machine. So when the doctor did the referral for the equipment, it was Fletcher medical that contacted me to fulfill the order. They have been so helpful and kind guiding me through this rather confusing process. They helped me find the best options for me both financially and medically. I can tell you by the time you’re needing to CPAP machine you’ve gone through a lot of testing and probably a lot of sleepless nights so the comfort that they give and understanding that they have is so valued. I know I had a lot of questions and I probably didn’t make a lot of sense with a lot of them as I hadn’t been sleeping for almost 2 months. They were so helpful and kind to me and getting me through this process. I can’t recommend them enough

Still waiting for oxygen after a month of poor communication between myself, doctor and you! I have been living with very low oxygen running in the 80’s. It has been impossible to become a priority to you! I am only lucky that I haven’t been forced to emergency medical care. I have been calling daily to resolve the issues causing the lack of service to no avail. I am getting close to contacting attorney, bbb and CEO of your company!

I had a great experience dealing with Martha at Fletchers Medical Supply on Distribution Ave. She was the person who answered the phone and may be a CSR. She was extremely pleasant to deal with and was very helpful in providing me information I needed as well as obtaining additional information for me after our initial conversation. It made dealing with Fletchers a great experience. A great big thanks to Martha!
