I have been with Dr Flaherty since he started his practice. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have had. His staff is always concerned and caring. I can't praise him enough.

I was upset to walk into the office to find the staff as well as the person who examine me have no masks. In fact the person said to me that I didnt have to wear one. All the patients were wearing a masks in the waiting seeming to indicate that they were taking flu, rsv and covid surge seriously. Two days ago even the CDC recommended mask be warn again. Why is this so hard? It is common sense. We can not go back three years and this is a lack of respect for the patient that comes in there that has problems. Very upsetting.I would of addressed this directly with staff but I could not find an email to write them and quite frankly I did not feel confortable enough addressing this with them and them taking me seriously.

Had posted a review

Current being treated for a blood clot in the lung. No follow up scheduled

the office call me to reschedule physical from a wed to thurs Then called me in that wed to see where I was !!!!!

They certainly aren't too concerned about my health as now I cant get a physical until DECEMBER

What about following up with me in regards to my blood clot. I dont understand
