Today I went there for for frist time
To filled out a papers. The Doctor put me as a drunk person which I never drink. I will never, ever go there. One of Ladie is Rude. Why would a Doctor do that. That's saying that would Diagnose you With it wrong Sickness

I love the Staff. Been a patient of Dr. Shelton for years. No complaints! They work with you. The Doctor's sit and listen to you. Prescriptions are called in to your pharmacy in a timely manner. My husband started seeing them. They ran test and gave him his results in 24 hours. Very clean environment. Will give it a 100+ stars

I’ve been here before and today my appointment was at 9:30 I was in an exam room within 5 mins. Great job! Dr Chad is awesome, I was negative with the last review because I had been waiting for an extended period of time. I guess what I’m trying to say is out of the several time I’ve been here I’ve only left a review for a negative experience. Sorry, I was only focusing on my self. In hindsight it was flu and Covid season, so again I apologize.The staff is very helpful, and I would come back again and again for all my ailments!

Don’t bother, they don’t give you test results, they don’t schedule follow ups. I had to get my diagnosis from some random receptionist where I had my tests done. They don’t call at all, about what’s going on with you. They have no empathy. They schedule appointments and call you less than an hour before and tell you if you don’t show up in 20 mins we won’t see you, even though they scheduled the appointment. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Absolutely useless doctors, don’t waste your time or money. Last time I was actually seen there, I listened to the doctor research car insurance. Unprofessional and just bad.

I hv been going there 1.4 years, I see a PA and she gives me tramadol n a steroid pack fir my ruptured knee I hvnt had money to fix. I was seeing Dr Chad for it for a year and he refused to give me ant non narcotic pain meds. Then I complain after getting them first visit with other Dr and they also lost my drivers license when they never needed it to update anything in my file. Once i complain out of frustration, they terminate my services after they have me drive there from midland for high blood pressure. This office is THE WORST AND NEVER FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH ANY REFERRALS ETC. AND THEY'LL REFUSE YOU SERVICE ONCE YOU VOICE CONCERN. SO PATIENT BEWARE. NO WONDER SERGIO, THERE OFFICE MANAGER OF MANY YEARS LEFT. HE SEEN THE DEFICIENCY ALSO. I WOULD NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR LONG TERM GOOD RELIABLE CARE.

The clinic on university has really gone downhill in comparison to what it was. It is such a shame since the providers are great but it is really hard to get past the rude condescending staff. If you can get past that, Allie Black is an amazing physician.

Over the last two to three years, the East University location has gone from a family friendly clinic that plays Christian music in the waiting room and has sweet Hispanic ladies staffing the front office, to an edgy, woke clinic with the entire front office staffed with gay men and lots of NOT family friendly conversation going on behind the counter. I gave it three stars because all the medical providers are great.

Regardless of the comments on here, if I could rate this place 1000 stars I would as I said it before I’ll say it again, in order get respect you must give respect and have patience AnyWho!!!!!! big shout out to Aiden, and Merbia !!! For having great customer service. They are very sweet of helpful I’ve been to some places where people can be rude and not acknowledge you, but these two together as a team they work great together thank y’all for being so great!!!!! . And yes, they do respect your privacy. I understand this place gets very packed but you must have patience. AnyWho I’ve been coming here for years. I’ve never had a bad experience me and my whole family come here keep in mind there’s 14 of us. We love this place. My doctor is Dr Black . She is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help her patients to be honest all the doctors there are amazing as well, but she’s been my doctor for years !!!!! God bless bless the whole staff and medical team. Thank you for being so wonderful.
