I went to this appt with alot of unanswered questions about some pretty serious issues, after having fallen thru the cracks with my other provider. I saw the nurse practioner, Kristina. She was very kind, as was the rest of the staff, but she ended up doing the same thing. She swore up & down she was not going to let me fall in that crack again & SHE would be the one to get some answers & call me back within days. I actually believed her. Well, it's been weeks & still no call, so i just canceled my follow up appt. What's the point? She & the staff were very kind & very friendly (best thing about the place) but friendly doesn't replace providing even the most basic care. I should have know when 1) it took me weeks to get an appt, 2) i still waited over an hour to be seen, and 3) this one's the kicker... while I'm waiting to be seen, my door is wide open & the main Dr was touring someone around the office who he apparently hoped could offer some sort of office assistance, because (in the Drs own words) everything there is in a terrible state & basically non functional. His words were that theres no follow up, people cant get in to be seen, they cant get thru on the phone, they cant get return calls, the list goes on & on. He even walked by my door, mid rant, saw my door was open, smiled & said hi to me, and then went right back to talking about how terrible everything is without even missing a beat. It didnt bother him at all that i was hearing this. I mean, wow. The gentleman being interviewed then leaves & the Dr started telling the nurses the same things, like they didn't hear it all as he was walking this man around the office introducing everyone, pointing out all the flaws in their infrastructure & just airing all the dirty laundry. Helen Keller could've heard him had she been there that day. So, no, I won't be back. The girls in the office are the only shining star to this place. It was all truly & very disappointing. So, back to the cracks I go, with no more answers now than when I walked in their door.

This practice lacks ethics . Does not adhere to the Hippocratic oath. Ignores patients messages. Never answers the phone. Answering service is on during the day. This practice picks the patients that are easy to solve. Ignores more challenging ones. the staff is an absolute joke.

I am beyond blessed, for over a year I vomited daily and had food allergies. I was in an accident because someone ran a stop sign June 18th. I broke both legs, my neck, and face. I had brain surgery for a shunt and had sirs. Whatever Sebastian Stanciu MD. Did helped save my life. I'm also able to eat and not get sick now. He has helped change my life for the better. I recommend this office and doctor. They are very professional and go above and beyond for their patients. I'm forever grateful.

FCID was referred by my wife's primary care physician for help with parasite infection. Blood tests were ordered and the results were supposedly reviewed by FCID to determine if an appointment was acceptable. We were finally told the tests had been reviewed by a FCID physician and an appointment could be made with that physician only; it took about 3 weeks to get an appointment. When we arrived, the specific doctor stated he had not seen the test results and was surprised that it took 3 weeks to get an appointment. He said he would review the results and also asked us to leave parasite samples for lab review. After a week, we were told by the FCID office manager that FCID did not do that and no samples would be tested by FCID. So, we have wasted money and more than 4 weeks to get nothing, nada, no opinion, no direction, nothing, just goodbye!
