I cannot say good enough things about my experience with First Choice Counseling. I’ve always felt comfortable and supported. The staff is friendly and responsive. I’ve also appreciated the flexibility with virtual sessions.

They take advantage of young patients' naivety. Charged $45 for a reschedule fee - my word against theirs. They have no proof. Spent months back and forth and they will not budge. Said they will refund to our account but insurance covers the whole amount. I understand there needs to be a cancellation fee, however this was because I rescheduled... BE CAREFUL they will charge you even if it's their error.

I wouldn’t recommend Kisha. Every time I came in, she’d ask me the same questions as if it was my first time there. She wasn’t a good listener and would write stuff down on a cheap pad. A waste of time. No real advice or tasks were given. She was always looking at the clock. Sometimes she’d be late. It was my first time ever seeing a therapist and I was disappointed.

I haven’t even had my initial evaluation appointment with Kesha, n yet her phone demeanor was enough to put me off. Very rude and disrespectful and completely unprofessional. Instead of figuring out why it Is that I needed to r/s (24hrs in advance!!) …her main issue was that I WASTED 2 hrs of HER time. N she charged me a $40 fee…n not offering to r/s me…Ha…real nice counselor 🤔🤔

Kisha is an amazing clinician and I've had the pleasure of working with her in the past to assist clients in need in finding appropriate treatment and her support and guidance in direct therapy was always appreciated.

If you value your mental health stay away from this place. They will only make you worse. The owner Kesha is so rude I’m not understanding why she is in the mental health business and they are even licensed at this point. To call this place a counseling facility is a joke, most unprofessional people I’ve ever met in my life.
