We have been using first care for several months now. I appreciate the professionalism
of the staff. They really worked with me on scheduling care that is needed for my Dad. First Care Home Services is very easy to communicate with which cuts down on stress during these times. The young lady assigned to our case takes initiative in assisting with tasks before I can even ask. I would highly recommend their services to other friends and family members.

My Caregiver is most aware of my norms. She knows what my usual vital signs are and what my normal limits should be. She was instrumental in the early detection of my developing Serotonin Syndrome. Because she had been watching my vital signs and my behavior she was able to show the doctor the downward spiral and over what period of time. This helped her determine the best course of treatment for something that had just become life threatening.
My nurse was aware of medication interactions so when I related the symptoms of the serotonin Syndrome she knew exactly what to expect and look out for. She was so aware that she was able to tell me what additional symptoms to look out for.

Great people, wonderful company, humble workers, including the HHA and nursing staff; this agency is among the best in the community and i have used few of them for my mother's care. Their cost is affordable for the honest experienced home caregivers that they provide. I am so glad to know that there is actually a home care company in town to help my mother day by day

Have been using this agency for several years for both my parents and I have been very happy with the service that was provided the aids that come to our home are very caring and willing to go above and beyond for us and the staff at the office is very professional and organized.

Called my cell phone and when I told them they had the wrong number they hung up. Called the number back someone picked up the phone saying "I can talk to you however I the hell I want." then hung up again. I called back a second time and this time someone actually identified themselves and the company. I asked them to not call again as they were not professional in any sense of the word. This is not how any company or business should behave when calling people.
