I had an amazing experience with Zach, Antwon, and Isabel at Figs in Westfield Century City! Antwon was able to quickly resolve my concerns along with Isabel whom was very hands on when approached with a fabric issue on my clothing. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and patience were outstanding. Zach guided me through the embroidery process for my items and was incredibly helpful every step of the way, from choosing the perfect Figs to ensuring the embroidery was just right. Had a really great experience at the Santa Monica location. I had to do an exchange and wasn't sure if the sizing I needed. Isabelle made the process so easy and was very patient, friendly and super helpful. With how crowded that store became in a short time, she was so patient. It was really appreciated!

I had an incredible experience at this location. Michelle was great and attentive giving the upmost in customer service. I had a size issue with an online purchase and she was able to resolve the issue and get me into the right size. Can’t recommend coming here for your scrubs enough.
