I recently visited Commerce Family Medical Center and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The check-in process was incredibly fast, which made my visit stress-free. The waiting room was clean and quiet, providing a comfortable environment while I waited for my appointment. Kudos to the cleaning staff for maintaining such a spotless facility!

The receptionists and medical assistants were exceptionally nice and welcoming, which made me feel at ease. My doctor was very patient and understanding, taking the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions thoroughly. Overall, Commerce Family Medical Center provided excellent service, and I highly recommend them for anyone seeking quality medical care.

The front desk people are useless and rude. They called me homeless after giving them my home address. I didn't know that being a student in between jobs considers me homeless. I just wanted to make sure I didn't have an infection, not to be insulted. Doctors and Nurses are sweet and helpful but their practice will get dragged down by the rude and strait up unhelpful front desk. I do not want to be called homeless when I am not. The lady that said she was in charge of the front desk was very disrespectful, unhelpful and condescending. She didn't state her name so I can't tell you who she was. I hope you get new people to greet folks when they come in, instead of people that just insult you.

Let me start by saying worst office ever first my appointment was for Friday and they never told me they moved my appointment for Thursday because the didn’t have MD only locums so they move my appointment without telling me until I called myself to confirm my appt thankfully I worked in the medical field years ago I know how it works 2nd they wanted to charge me because they didn’t take time to check eligibility or ask for any information a day before no excuse since I’ve been going to the one in bell gardens I don’t get how they did not have that information the girl in the front is so dam rude like always just front the Dr and MA made me feel welcomed avoid this place if you are trying to have a good first experience

WORST CLINIC EVER!!!!! Takes them about 45 min to 2 hours to answer the phone and they never have any appointments within the week. Actually probably within the month. The clinic is clean and that’s probably the only good thing they have. Doctor was supposed to refer my infant son to a dermatologist because according to them he has the worst case of seborrheic dermatitis and his skin was red and inflamed and 2 weeks later I call to find out they never referred him anywhere. RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! Wish I could give them ZERO starts. PLEASE take your kids elsewhere

Not only do they have me wasting my workdays, and requesting them off just to arrive to the appointment and them to be useless. Went in for my emotional support animal letter end up first they couldn’t do anything to me or write me the letter even though they prescribe me with medication for that there. Want to send me off to commerce for a November appointment even though I let them know I needed this by August 1. Called me and let me know they can do an over the phone appointment so I took it clocked out of work just for this phone call just for them to tell me I still have to come in. They love wasting your time. What good is a healthcare provider if they cannot provide healthcare when you need it. Let me just go get it certification or a degree as well so I could give people who need help NOTHING. Thank you for telling me I have anxiety and depression. It’s def you guys that are really triggering it every single time.

They waste your time, back and forth for nothing. The clinic manager(Liz or Elizabeth.) was unhelpful and she seemed bothered when I asked about my referral for surgery. Doesn't seem she knows anything or just didn't care, just gave a number to call.

HORRIBLE! I usually go to the bell gardens office and I’ve never had issues for some reason they moved me to commerce and I have had nothing but issues with them, they continue to move my appointments without communicating with me. I’m moving back to the bell gardens office because commerce lacks communication

En esta clínica siempre me han tratado muy bien la doctora Anika es muy sincera y respetuosa con el paciente siempre que vengo me voy muy satisfecho con el servicio que ofrecen todo el personal es muy amigable yo en lo personal no he visto nada malo aquí hay personas que se quejan pero tendrán sus razones., muy buena clínica estoy muy agusto aquí gracias.
