I can't recommend Dr. Jody enough for anyone struggling with fertility or even just pregnancy anxiety. After 1.5 years of trying for our first baby and multiple miscarriages, I sought her help and experienced incredible success. She integrates western and eastern medicine, tailoring her care to my specific needs and helping me advocate for myself. I am glad i found Jody! After a miscarriage, i was looking for a holistic way to take care of my body and regulate my period again. She is the first one who educate me on how to cycle track, so we can try conceiving again. In each acupuncture session, i sleep like a baby because it is truly relaxing. With a combination of acupuncture and herbs medicine, we felt ready to try again, i am now 14 weeks pregnant! Jody truly is an ANGEL. I came to her on a referral from a friend (whom she also helped to have a baby) & I was at my weakest, most desperate point along my journey. After three failed IUIs & one failed round of IVF (only one embryo was retrieved & the transfer failed), I was doubting that I would ever fulfill my dream of becoming a mother.
After reviewing my whole file from my fertility clinic, Jody was the very first to point out to me that I was showing signs of thyroid dysfunction- something that had NEVER been mentioned to me by a doctor.
Other than that, she said she saw no reason why I wouldn’t be able to conceive naturally & to give her “3-6 months.”
I drove an hour & 20 minutes (one way) once a week EVERY WEEK from January to June, 6 months & I got pregnant NATURALLY!
I am now 12.5 weeks along with a healthy baby boy & it’s because of GOD & Jody!

Jodi has been a blessing for me and my family. I have had multiple miscarriages and decided to do some research and came across Jodi. I did not hesitate and did Everything she recommended to me. I got pregnant on my 2nd month and currently 12 weeks. Baby heartbeat is strong and baby moving around kicking and very active. I started acupuncture with Jody after several unsuccessful IVF transfers. I was really at my wits end - the doctors didn't know what was wrong, and I felt lost, confused, and overwhelmed. I was also in the process of getting my PhD at the time, so I was under a lot of stress. Acupuncture with Jody changed everything for me. For once, I felt like I had a true ally who was always trying to figure out what was wrong. She also gave me a community, because she connects her patients to share information and offer hope, support and resources. And when I realized I needed to switch to a new doctor and I couldn't find any great doctor in my area, she recommended different doctors and put me in touch with their patients. There's no chance I would have found my doctor, who is incredible, without her support. I really couldn't have done this without her. I originally went started acupuncture out of desperation, because there were a few studies that showed that acupuncture might help with infertility. I didn't anticipate that she would completely change the trajectory of my fertility care, vastly reduce my stress, and get me to where I am now - 15 weeks pregnant. Can't recommend her enough!

I went to Jody because I was experiencing recurrent miscarriages. I had no answers from my OB/RE and thought I would turn to Eastern medicine to give it a try. Jody was amazing- she taught me so much and asked all the right questions. We determined that even though most tests from my OB came back in the "standard range," that didn't mean it was ideal for fertility. Therefore we monitored my thyroid, progesterone, and I started taking herbs and going to acupuncture regularly and we were able to conceive and have our miracle baby girl! After she turned one, my husband and I decided to try again for #2. Unfortunately we were met with 3 more devastating losses. I started going to Jody again more consistently and she never gave up on us. She always reminded me that my body was capable and I could do it again! She helped me not to stress out and she really supported us. I'm now 14 weeks pregnant with our second baby and we are so grateful for this miracle of life! If you've been experiencing any fertility issues, give Jody a try. I've tried other acupuncturist that DIDN'T specialize in fertility and unfortunately felt like it was a waste of time.
