This review pertains ONLY to the physical and occupational therapy department. I would not give good grades to any nursing, nutrition, maintenance, social work, etc department. Every physical therapist here is caring, sympathetic and instructional; focusing on your specific needs. Julieann the supervisor is exceptional in addressing all of your needs in a holistic manner.

WORST PLACE TO HAVE YOUR LOVED ONE AT. took them 12 hours to bring my great granny a water. ROACHES AND FLIES EVERYWHERE. 3 daysssssss for asking for some tissue. She needed help going to the restroom and was rudely told “what no one’s ever taught you to go on your own” mind you that my granny could barely walk on her own. Staff is unprofessional with the most nasty attitudes.

My friend fell and broke her tibia so she is in rehab. She says that the physical therapy group have all been really nice. I spoke to one of them today and they wanted to know if we had any questions or concerns.She explained what they were having her do to get her strength back.

My sister was moved to FB Rehabilitation
Center today. The nurses made her feel at home, they were friendly, on top of all her paperwork. This was an easy transfer. I feel she is in a very safe environment.

Do not take your loved ones here they're very abusive.They've got bugs everywhere.Cockroaches none of the ladies know how to get off their ass and do anything.. Very neglectful it's everyone the social worker and every lady at the desk! Is looking into a lawyer for neglect .. None of them can do their jobs If you follow a complaint. They won't turn it in.. Took them twelve hours to give my grandmother water She asked for a box of tissues Three days they did not give her none .. One member told my 90-year-old Grandma that she don't know.How to use the bathroom By herself when she can't even walk so my grandma used the bathroom in her bed and then they get mad about it.. Thank god we got them on recording Calling HR seeing lawyer and they all too busy on their phones gossip Not looking Paying attention.They was mean Abusive Lazy

First of all, dementia & Alzheimer's patients receive preferred care over all others with precious little restraint on their bad behavior towards other. They are openly supported in forming closed social cliques that welcome no one else. There are few restraints on dementia cruelty to others. Gaslighting is practiced to maintain psychological control & manipulation. This place is not protective of folks in mourning for lost spouses & therefore scarcely healthy. 👎👎👎👎
