I'm a new patient and expected her to come in, ask many questions, spend at least an hour getting to know me and my history. Instead, she came in, got right to the point, asked what I wanted, gave me her opinions and recommendations, examined me, gave me what I wanted, and left. If you want personal conversation, she was not that person. If you want healthcare, honesty and direct communication, she excels.

She made everything so confusing I couldn’t understand she asked me what all my medicine was for. I explain that to her and she still made it complicated. I mean I know that we’re both new on the visit, but she complicated me so much that I was totally in a panic stage so no this will not ever happen again. I will not ever come to your office for any other visit thank you.

Felititas is always cheerful and listens closely to me. She takes the time to ask for clarification and is very patient with me.

Felicitas was very personable. I like that I can leave message on the portal and either Sr gets back to me or her assistant. Very quickly. I had severe UTI . It was a Thurs and they got me in to get test and much needed medicine. Thank you
