I was greeted with a smile from the receptionist at the front desk. I am very pleased with the customer service and concerns for my care. I was relieved that this urgent care location takes Tenncare insurance. It was a quick register and I only waited 5-7 minutes before I was called into the waiting room. I was seen by Dr. Tyler England, he was very attentive and cared about my concerns for my ongoing illness. He told me to come back if I don't feel well after the medications prescribed. I would definitely recommend to anyone need of care fast.

I went there for my DOT medical card. Very respectful and kind nurses, very new and clean place.
They gave me nice sealed card for my wallet and one copy of medical card .
I recommend it for truck drivers.

Brad, PA was wonderful! We are new to this area and my fiancé got sick and we have been unable to manage with OTC meds. With our PCP in another state, we didn’t know what to do. Quick and easy to schedule online appointment. Not a large wait when doing it this way. Brad came in and took care of my fiancé as well as information for the both of us to find a PCP here. Evander, our MA was exceptional as well. We will be using this place again if the need arises. I truly appreciate the help for the staff here! Thank you!!

The young lady at the front desk had a outstanding and energizing personality willing to answer my questions about the process of my appointment and made me feel welcomed and confident I was in good hands. The wait wasn't that long. And the nurse that took me back had a great personality and was very reciprocal in conversation the whole time she performed her duties...Great place to go if I had to choose. My future Company sent me there for a New Employment Drug Screen. Thanks Ladies:)
