Had to use this location for a lab test. Arrived at 8am when they open and only one other customer there. Registration was quick, convenient and is done by responding to a text message they send you. I was in and out in about 30 minutes and everyone was friendly and helpful. Patients are seen by a Nurse Practitioner. The only thing is that they are only open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Seems like extended hours would be more convenient for patients.

Easy to register online as a new patient prior to my visit. Easy check-in when i arrived. The staff was excellent. It was clean and well organized and provided most anything a patient would need or want. The only fallback was that I scheduled my appointment online and checked in 10 minutes early, as requested to do online, but still had to wait over an hour to be seen. It could've been an exceptional day though, with low staff, excess patients, or something of the like. I do wish they'd allow patients to wait in their car, especially if the wait will be long, and send a text when they're ready to be seen, as they were able to do most everything else via text. Other than that, it was one of the most pleasant, easy, and helpful urgent care experiences I've ever had. The medical staff were friendly, thorough, listened to me, and offered extra help if my symptoms didn't improve with the initial care.

I am deeply dissatisfied with the care my daughter received. After two visits in 10 days, during which her condition worsened, she was still misdiagnosed. Despite coughing up mucus, running a fever, and the doctor acknowledging audible wheezing, she was dismissed with a diagnosis of a common cold. No further tests were conducted, and antibiotics were not prescribed. This ultimately forced us to visit the ER at midnight when her fever spiked and wouldn’t go down. There, a chest x-ray confirmed she had bronchitis. This misdiagnosis was not only unsafe but entirely avoidable had the doctor taken her symptoms more seriously, especially given how quickly she deteriorated.

I understand a cautious approach with antibiotics, but this same clinic prescribed antibiotics for a bug bite "just in case" last month, which we didn’t even use. Now, my daughter is on day 5 of a fever with a worsening cough. How a licensed doctor could confuse bronchitis with allergies or a common cold is beyond me. It feels like this clinic is only equipped to read basic test results and can't accurately diagnose more complex conditions.

Was there today. Excellent service. Kendra, at check in was AMAZING. Helped me get checked in quickly. The staff, Aimee was also AMAZING. She was so polite, helpful, caring. Ashley, the Dr I saw was FANTASTIC. She explained and went over things very well. Took a bit but was waiting on test results and x-rays. I would highly recommend them.

I was a walk in so I knew I would have to wait a minute but not 2 hours to be seen. I get in the room and they test me for Covid and strep and said it would take about 10 minutes and then the doctor would be in. I waited 40 minutes in the room and walked out to the desk and told them I have to leave and I need my results and an excuse. As I’m talking to the nurse about this situation another patient walks out the room she was in and says she has to get her daughter back to school
and she needs an excuse. So not only me but this woman was waiting forever too. I do not recommend this doctor’s office & I will not be back.

Me and Two more people were the only ones in the office . I waited an hr in the waiting room then came in and took a flu and cover test and said would be back in in 10 minutes . It's been 40 minutes and still waiting . I normally don't do reviews but this is just another place to check for flu and cover regardless of symptoms. I have an ear infection not covid!!!!

Edit was never seen ! Had to leave . When leaving asked how close I was and they said should be next 1hr later . Terrible ran office .

I would recommend anyone to go to this clinic. Sherry is an exceptional provider and the MA, Aimee (sp?) did an amazing job with my injections. Everyone there was kind, from the receptionist on. They have seen my son before as well and went above and beyond with his care. So thankful we have this clinic so close to home and we will definitely use them in the future.
